The store opens at 10:00 am on Saturdays.
Today is Saturday, at 10:00 am the store wasn't open until we started heading back to our car.
They guy who is very unknowledgeable and a bad attitude works there, open the doors when he saw us leave.
We were unwelcome entering the store and when asked about game selections, the Game Stop employee was very unprofessional and didn't provide us alternative options to purchase.
The location is convenient but we will not be coming back to this location.

Probably the worst customer service I have dealt with. I have called repeatedly to be asked to hold multiple times until the call hangs up. I am currently still on hold it's been 6 minutes. I have a simple question on how much trade value I can get for a oculus rift set.

Waiting for a purple hair to acknowledge me and check me out. Trying to pay for items while it waits on an appraisal for used items. What a bummer 😕

Ordered a 10 dollar game online and forgot my ID but had a picture of it as well as a confirmation email. Had to receive a talking to like I was 10 years old because I didn’t have a physical copy of my ID, and a 15 minute over-explanation just to finally get my game. Not impressed with this location and don’t plan on coming back.

They are awesome! They helped me find a killer gaming headset with the 50$ gift card I was given. Great customer service.

Went in to browse games. Instead found a place full of merch and very little games. The small space was hard to walk through. Not enough room to move for people with ADA needs like a wheelchair. But the employee was friendly and helpful.

We walked in and immediately smelled the stench of sour sweat. Obviously different and completely gross than other Game stop stores. Shortly realized it came from the man behind the counter. Very angry overweight man. He obviously hates his job. Rude & short tempered. He needs to take a shower. Please somebody in management address this issue.

The one guy there was kinda lazy. You could tell they were dead inside but it took me multiple times to get a hold of him... Once I got there it's an empty store and he's not doing ANYTHING behind the counter.He was a nice guy tho

Was there 15 minutes before posted closing time and the were closed and locked up tight. And this was right before Christmas!
