I have been living at Gateway for 2 years now and I have had a very satisfactory experience. The property is nice, and being so close to ASU has been quite convenient. The staff are also super helpful and have always been able to meet my needs. I recommend Gateway whole heartedly!

Since the management changed and its greystar now the services are worse. Front desk people don’t know there job, the manager doesn’t meet even if he/she is sitting in his/her office. your deposit is never gonna come back to you
