“Living at Desert Palm Village has been a great experience. I recently submitted a maintenance request for my A/C, and the team handled it quickly and efficiently. Everyone here is kind, caring, and professional. Special thanks to the wonderful staff and maintenance crew for always providing top-notch service!”

“This apartment community is very peaceful, and the staff is kind and helpful. They made my move-in process smooth and even accommodated my pet. The property also has a beautiful lakeside view and is conveniently located near restaurants. I would definitely recommend living here!”

909 East Playa Del Norte Drive, Tempe AZ 85288
“I viewed every apartment near the lake before I moved here. I’ve lived all over in many different apartments and I’ve been here for about 6 months. The pros of living here are it’s very clean and well maintained, very quiet, extremely safe, amazingly fast maintenance, safe, nice people, nice amenities, not crowded, no bugs, great location! Downsides are the pool and weight room could be bigger but it’s sufficient, it’s almost too quiet, the biggest downside is it’s costly. I’ll likely renew or move into a unit with a better view of the lake depending on what other rentals in the area are going for.”

“I would like to give a big thank you to Sarah and the staff for all the help through the apartment leasing process. Sarah and the staff were professional, friendly, patient, and very helpful in answering my questions and making sure everything went smooth. I appreciate Sarah time, communication and willingness to help, great customer service, thank you”

577 East Baseline Road, Tempe AZ 85283
“This place deserves to be 5 stars, any complaints are over exaggerated or situational. The staff here is really what shines, the front office and maintenance team are just always on top of it. I’ve never lived somewhere where I wake up and see management either cleaning the grill or the pool at the crack of dawn. It’s never dirty, the community itself is made up of quieter good people. The facilities are always open, any repairs or closures are handled with urgency. The unit is in great shape, it’s a newer place so it’s to complain is to knit pick. I would recommend to anyone looking here!”

601 West Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe AZ 85281
“I’ve lived here for about 5 months now and have loved it! I have had bad experiences with other apartments in the past and this one is by far the best I have lived at. My boyfriend moved in with me as well after I was already here and they made the process smooth and easy and the leasing office was great! I have also experienced no maintenance issues with my unit until this past day. My AC went out the night before and I submitted a request at 6:30 am they were here fixing it right at 8am. Great team they have, also see them always cleaning and keeping up with the property all the time which is nice to see they all care about where we are living. I love it here!”

“I’ve had such a great experience at The Carmin so far! The location is honestly one of my favorite things about living here, especially as an ASU student because everything I need is so close and convenient. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and really feels like home. The amenities are great, and I’ve also had positive experiences with the staff whenever I’ve needed help. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed settling in here and I’m really happy I chose The Carmin. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing near ASU!”

“Amazing property and staff in office. They keep the place well maintained and beautiful. Fix things in a timely manner, communicate with changes. Every time I go into the office I’m greeted so warmly. I can’t say enough good things about Studio 710. I was lucky to find such a lovely apartment that is affordable.”

555 North College Avenue, Tempe AZ 85288
“Just moved in. So can only speak to the move-in process right now. But the staff at Vela was really nice and accommodating. Always willing to help. Kudos to Brooke especially since I mostly interacted with her for all the questions and help she provided me. Bri was also welcoming and helpful for our interactions as well. The maintenance team is especially good as well. Maintenance requests are serviced in a timely fashion, same or next day if possible. (Though the RPM app could use a place to provide updates to residents when maintenance is awaiting a replacement part or some other thing preventing them from executing a request). All in all I am very pleased with the area and my new apartment. If I had to nitpick right now... some of the carpets in the hallways could use a refresh.”

708 South Lindon Lane, Tempe AZ 85281
“Great experience working with on site management. They were highly responsive in dealing with an issue concerning roommate compatibility and concerns about a unit that needed some ‘sparkle’ as they call it. They truly went the extra mile at the end of what I am sure was a very long day of moving in new residents and maintained a cheerful demeanor until we found a solution that worked.”

2520 S Plaza Dr, Tempe AZ 85282
“The apartment complex is beautiful. The amenities are wonderful and the support staff has always been helpful and respectful. I specifically would like to call out Kyra Harvey for being extremely helpful during the move in process. I never had anyone respond so quickly to emails. This complex does utilize Parcel Pending lockers for packages, and that can be frustrating at times but MAA Fountainhead can't control couriers.”

3409 South Rural Road apt 141, Tempe AZ 85282
“My family and I lived here at the Rev for 14 months. We loved it here. It was such a calm and enjoyable stay. During the summer the AC did have their issues a lot. But management, always made sure we had a portable AC in our home. Management made sure to keep the property groomed and maintained. You had access to a gym and a pool as residence. Especially, at the time when we had a 10 month old. The location of the apartment is around everything. From walmart, Frys, a strip mall, museum, library etc. I'd always take my daughter to the arts museum, or take several art and baby classes with her that was just down the street from our apartment. I miss living here overall.”

“Nice, quiet, and safe community. This well-kept home offers ample space with bright common areas, comfortable bedrooms, and lots of storage. It’s just minutes from the university, with easy access to transit, bike routes, and everyday essentials like groceries, cafés, and parks. The kitchen is practical and roomy, and there’s a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space for relaxing or studying. Off-street and nearby street parking are convenient, and the neighborhood is respectful with calm evenings–great for focused work and restful nights. Ideal for students or professionals who value space, convenience, and a peaceful environment.”

“Shout out to Nathan who was a such a wonderful help when I was locked out of my storage unit just before heading out of town. It was ten minutes to the end of his work shift and yet he didn't brush me off, didn't rush and was genuinely un-hurried. Thank you for being a good human. Nathan deserves a bonus for going the extra mile!”

“I dont really post google reviews but i guess this earned my time to make one. We processed everything online and just depended on the photos and google reviews from other tenants so we decided to make it a go on this apartment complex. After a week of long drive going to our unit we didnt expect what we saw and instead of moving on that day we reported it back to the management that we cannot sleep in the unit that they gave us. I really appreciated what deborah and dianah did for us that day and they arranged everything for us including the hotel to sleep for the night and a dinner gift card plus they offered us a new unit where we moved in the next day. They had been professional enough to handle those type of situation and we are so grateful for all the help they offered us. I have attached photos of the new unit for others who are searching apartments and were not able to see it personally.”

“Its been a year now since I walked in their door. I was met with such kindness from Kristi. This place felt like home. I made many lasting friendships and learned alot about apartment leases. They dont nickle and dime you, the rent price is the price. No extras added. Maintenance were friendly and super responsive to any issues. Though I had to leave for an emergency ... I would recommend this place if you are looking for a home, friends and to be treated fairly by an apartment management team. Kristi thank you for your support and lovely attitude and care.”
