“it's been a pleasure living in this apartment since I moved in recently. I am thankful of Tina. She is not only wonderful, but she has also been incredibly helpful from the moment I walk in for a tour. She made sure I was happy with my choice in addition to helping me locate the apartment I was looking for. She was really welcoming and kind. In addition, Luke made sure to assist me with paperwork and respond to any questions I had. Cecilia, the maintenance manager, is equally incredible. Before I moved in, she promptly addressed my concern about the carpet and arranged for a replacement. Furthermore, she replaced the washer in my apartment in a matter of days after I told her about the issue. The maintenance team's Chandler is equally amazing; he handles my requests with efficiency. I'm so glad I made the move here. The apartment is great, the community is wonderful overall, and the management team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable.”

“I've been living at Murietta @ ASU for four and a half years and it has been overall very positive. It's quiet and feels very safe which I am grateful for. Maintenance has always been awesome too. Although if rent increases at all, I may look elsewhere when my lease ends. These apartments could really use some renovating.”

“I've been living at Vela for almost two years now, and I can honestly say it's a great choice. If you're looking for a more quiet home that's centrally located, close to ASU, but still a bit away from the student hustle, Vela is the way to go.When I first moved in, there were a few hiccups with my apartment, but the management and maintenance team were excellent and quick in addressing them. Requests are always handled professionally and promptly, and always with a friendly touch.On top of that, the gym is well-equipped and the pool area is a nice spot to relax. Also, it is a pleasure to drop by at the lobby for a free coffee and be greeted with a smile :) Overall, I highly recommend Vela!”

“I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s very convenient and affordable compared to other student housing. The maintenance is usually done within a timely manner and the management is very communicative with their residents when issues arise. My only complaint would be that the amenities, such as the pool, are not always up and running, usually due to inconsiderate residents, but otherwise I think it is worth the price for ASU students.”

“I absolutely love living here. I’ve been here since 07/22 and just renewed for another 1.5 years and that’s due to the amazing staff and amenities. Plus I am comfortable, and have never had any issues. This is my home sweet home. It fits me and the people I’ve come across while living here are super friendly.And again like I said the amenities are a definite plus. We have a nice big sparkling pool, an awesome workout center and an office room and so much more. Those are just my faves but all in all I’d definitely recommend to my family and friends. I talk with management about moving in away from this very unhappy man. Anytime I have need they have fix it. They are very caring about people safety. And we are very happy where we are not. “was on the apartment hunt in early January - while we ended up finding something more centrally located, Tia from here @ Mercury was the first person to reach out to us of all places we inquired with , and kept consistent contact with me throughout the entire process when it came down to approval and what we were looking for. “We’ve lived here a few months. We’ve had ups and downs. However, I REALLY do enjoy the unit and the complex. It’s a good bang for your buck! What really made me happy was last night our AC started making a terrible noise. When the complex opened today, I called and talked to Kristi about the AC. It was so bad, the apt wasn’t cooling off and it was hard to keep the AC on without it completely breaking. She sent over maintenance. Troy was at our unit within twenty min and worked for a VERY long time until it was fixed. He was super curteous and super kind. The quick service meant so much to me in this heat, especially with a kiddo and being pregnant! Thank you”

“I dont really post google reviews but i guess this earned my time to make one. We processed everything online and just depended on the photos and google reviews from other tenants so we decided to make it a go on this apartment complex. After a week of long drive going to our unit we didnt expect what we saw and instead of moving on that day we reported it back to the management that we cannot sleep in the unit that they gave us. I really appreciated what deborah and dianah did for us that day and they arranged everything for us including the hotel to sleep for the night and a dinner gift card plus they offered us a new unit where we moved in the next day. They had been professional enough to handle those type of situation and we are so grateful for all the help they offered us. I have attached photos of the new unit for others who are searching apartments and were not able to see it personally.”

“it’s a good place to live if it’s your first time living away from your parents. with that being said you pay for what you get. the community is amazing and the staff are relatively helpful. the only downside is that it’s a bit outdated. they really need to update some of the appliances as well as do a better job cleaning after each tenant leaves. I would also recommend they remove all the carpet they have installed because it has some noticeable wear n tear. i did resign my lease for next year so its worth it in my opinion.”
