“I’ve had such a great experience at The Carmin so far! The location is honestly one of my favorite things about living here, especially as an ASU student because everything I need is so close and convenient. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and really feels like home. The amenities are great, and I’ve also had positive experiences with the staff whenever I’ve needed help. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed settling in here and I’m really happy I chose The Carmin. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing near ASU!”

“This place deserves to be 5 stars, any complaints are over exaggerated or situational. The staff here is really what shines, the front office and maintenance team are just always on top of it. I’ve never lived somewhere where I wake up and see management either cleaning the grill or the pool at the crack of dawn. It’s never dirty, the community itself is made up of quieter good people. The facilities are always open, any repairs or closures are handled with urgency. The unit is in great shape, it’s a newer place so it’s to complain is to knit pick. I would recommend to anyone looking here!”

Every time I go into the office I’m greeted so warmly. I can’t say enough good things about Studio 710. I was lucky to find such a lovely apartment that is affordable.”
“The apartment complex is beautiful. The amenities are wonderful and the support staff has always been helpful and respectful. I specifically would like to call out Kyra Harvey for being extremely helpful during the move in process. I never had anyone respond so quickly to emails. This complex does utilize Parcel Pending lockers for packages, and that can be frustrating at times but MAA Fountainhead can't control couriers.”

They were highly responsive in dealing with an issue concerning roommate compatibility and concerns about a unit that needed some ‘sparkle’ as they call it. They truly went the extra mile at the end of what I am sure was a very long day of moving in new residents and maintained a cheerful demeanor until we found a solution that worked.”

“Very nice location. Not happy with rent but it's the best in the area for what you get. No pests or homeless people. Clean grounds. Most people pick up after their dogs. You can feel safe going for a jog at night or early in the AM and everything you need and want is nearby! My wife and I are happy here.”

“I've lived here for 2 years now, and it's been an extremely positive experience. It's a nice building in a nice part of town, so you're getting what you'd hope for in that regard.
I'm really here to give the staff their flowers. Alexis, Rachel, Andre, and Haley are all so professional and nice to work with that I legitimately look forward to running into them. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. I don't know them individually, but that's only because every time I've needed something done, I put in the order, go to work and by the time I come back it's done.
It's a quiet, friendly community, and honestly I'm such a regular down at the cafe that I could name drop the baristas as well, lol.
So, yeah if this place fits in your budget, I'd highly recommend it.”

It’s just minutes from the university, with easy access to transit, bike routes, and everyday essentials like groceries, cafés, and parks. The kitchen is practical and roomy, and there’s a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space for relaxing or studying. Off-street and nearby street parking are convenient, and the neighborhood is respectful with calm evenings–great for focused work and restful nights. “Amazing tour! The staff was really welcoming, the property looked clean, and the unit layout was really nice. Our tour guide Braedon explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. This space was a great option and the community felt safe. Close to asu campus and solid option if you’re apartment hunting!”

“My stay here has been beyond great, the fact that I can get to places quick and have parking by my building instead of walking a mile away. There’s been a few weird folks on property that may really need help mentally. With that being said if they stop you to tell you to not pick up you dod poop REPORT THEM!

“Its been a year now since I walked in their door. I was met with such kindness from Kristi. This place felt like home. I made many lasting friendships and learned alot about apartment leases.
They dont nickle and dime you, the rent price is the price. No extras added.
Maintenance were friendly and super responsive to any issues.
Though I had to leave for an emergency ... I would recommend this place if you are looking for a home, friends and to be treated fairly by an apartment management team. Kristi thank you for your support and lovely attitude and care.”

“I dont really post google reviews but i guess this earned my time to make one. We processed everything online and just depended on the photos and google reviews from other tenants so we decided to make it a go on this apartment complex. After a week of long drive going to our unit we didnt expect what we saw and instead of moving on that day we reported it back to the management that we cannot sleep in the unit that they gave us. I really appreciated what deborah and dianah did for us that day and they arranged everything for us including the hotel to sleep for the night and a dinner gift card plus they offered us a new unit where we moved in the next day. They had been professional enough to handle those type of situation and we are so grateful for all the help they offered us. I have attached photos of the new unit for others who are searching apartments and were not able to see it personally.”
