“Recently I came into town and was looking for a place to workout and box. I found it! Brandon and one of the trainers were completely accommodating and friendly. The training was great! I’ve only boxed but Brandon was happy to show me some great Mui Thai strikes and footwork that I could take with me when I go home. Hopefully I’ll be back soon and get in some more great training with them! Highly recommend!”
“I’ve been coming to F45 Tempe Town Lake for 3 years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The coaches are incredible—they are so engaging, fun, and know exactly how to push me to lift harder and show up for myself every single day. Shout out to my girl, Kylie!
The schedule is perfect for hitting all my fitness goals: strength days on Tues/Thurs/Sun, cardio on Mon/Wed, and awesome hybrid classes on Fri/Sat. It checks off all the boxes for me. Beyond the amazing workouts, it is just a fantastic community to be a part of. If you’re looking for great vibes and real results, this is the place!”

“Came to town for a work trip and stumbled across this gym. Outside of the fact that this gym had every machine I could possibly need, Scott was incredibly hospitable the whole time I was visiting. Looking forward to coming back to town so I can train in the leg room again”

“New to Muy Thai. I got to watch Sunshine coah and train some of the more experienced fighters and you can see the experience and the knowledge not to mention dedication she has to teaching people. Daniella coached the group of beginners that I was part of and is super knowledgeable and laid back. I also got the chance to be coached by Alex. Again laid back, easy going and suoer knowledgeable. Fun place to train.”

“I’m still giving 5 stars because Michelle was always very nice in our communication. I appreciate her follow up and welcoming attitude. I have not met her in person. The gym is nice- very functional yet spacious. Not too hot. I am naturally a more reserved person- so I always keep that in mind in my experiences… but I was a bit shocked when she followed up and said Ben said I did a god job… because he was a bit rude. Which okay whatever at first. But I almost walked out mid workout when he made a huge deal about me dropping the bar in front of everyone. Like- not just one comment but a solid 15 seconds trying to embarrass me. When—- I dropped the bar because I hit it on my knee. Something I’ve always done in cleans and snatching because it’s a bad habit of mine how I have my stance… so even when I said that he doubled down with a smirk. Instead of correcting my form… weird. I’m sure the gym is great. But as a former semi pro athlete- I’m not interested in that type of training (the moody coach). I can take corrective measures for sure but I’m not interested in main character syndrome coaches. Otherwise- I’d still suggest checking it out because it was a great workout overall. ❤”

“Great gym, but tends to get crowded. They could use more machines, especially the plate-loaded kind. Also, the bathroom is frequently out of paper towels. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, the views are great, and it’s generally clean and well-appointed.”

“Dancing and getting fit with a community of fun people is an amazing start to the day. I love this group! The workouts include core and functional strength exercises I need to stay strong.”
“This is fantastic gym with great people who are welcoming and support each other.
I (53 year old) started going to Free Range Crossfit a couple of years ago when I realized I'd gained a lot of weight during Covid-19 and was really unhealthy at around 300 pounds. I've since lost 50 - 60 pounds and am feeling strong.
The owner and coach, Andrew, is personable, encouraging and great at modifying exercises to get people started where they're at and help them progress. The workouts will make you wear you out and leave you happily sore. If you stick with the systematic training you'll quickly notice benefits. If you're looking for a Crossfit gym Free Range is a great option.”
“Stopped by the Tempe Fit Body location and was seriously impressed.
The new owner has clearly invested into making this a top-notch facility—you can see the attention to detail right away. Everything feels clean, professional, and set up for a great member experience.
What stood out most is the focus on building a strong coaching team. It’s obvious he’s committed to having the best coaches in place to support his members and deliver real results.
Excited to see this location continue to grow. Definitely a great place to train.”

“I have been going to this location for the past two weeks.
Coach Sam has been very personable and has helped improved my form while exercising.
Definitely would recommend this location to all my friends looking to join group fitness.
I look forward to the HYROX workouts.”
“I really enjoyed the classes that they offer such as Yoga. The teachers are excellent. You come away feeling really good. They also have an excellent weight room. Everything that you can find in a bigger gym, you can find here.”

“I’ve been coming to Anytime Fitness for years and can’t say enough good things about it. The staff is amazing—Nick, Mark, David, Aaron, and the rest of the team are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about their members. They treat you like family. The gym is clean, the people are friendly, and there’s a great community atmosphere. Plus, the hours are unbeatable—it’s called Anytime Fitness for a reason!”
“Sorry for more of a question than review, but is this place 100% 24 hour? I get off work at the bar around 3 am some days, and need a place where I can decompress before I get home. Cheers 🤙”
“Thorbecke's is home for those of us who are serious about strength. If you want to go to a gym to work out (rather than going to be seen working out), Thorbecke's is the place. It's THE gym for powerlifting and functional strongman training. This place doesn't coddle with convenience but nor does it complain if you're making noise or working hard.
There's simply nowhere like it.”

“Great gym, has new strength equipment, and I don’t think I’ve seen one broken piece in the last 5 months. Excellent choice in preworkouts.
1 start removed for lack of community, or seems like an online-only community. I’ve only had few conversations in the same timeframe with members.”

“Lauren is an incredible yoga teacher. I really enjoy coming to her class. I have been to a lot of different classes across the country at Life Time locations and she is one of the very best.”
“I love the price here compared to other places. The staff thus far have been very friendly as well. My only complaint is that some of the machines are rusty or even just broken. The Tempe location on Southern only had one broken machine, but the one in Mesa (Broadway) has SEVERAL broken and/or rusting.”

“Never been to this location until today. Theyre lay out is very different. Meaning they have an outdoors gym area, ofc shaded, and they have weights over there. The suanas are located where the pool is, so its unisex. Workers are friendly, and their movie room is nice, they have a rowing machine in there and a little more gym equipments compared to the other eos. Come check them out”

“I dropped in fir a day as i was driving through ... super-great gym. Fantastic staff. A bunch of squat racks. Great equipment. Well maintained. Excellent experience. Clean, decent music. Busy, bustling, but i never waited for my lifts !! Parking was easy.”
“Nice gym I like that it's open 24 hours the only thing I have a problem with is in the middle of your shower the water gets completely cold then you have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for it to come back on so annoying”
“Had my 2 youngest kids 7 and 9 had their Birthdays here together. Excellent choice in my opinion. Kids love to jump and climb , guess what? Thats what they got. Its literally American Ninja Warrior for kids and Adults. The kids loved it and so did the parents. Price is very reasonable for 10 kids ( that was our package) just gotta bring food and drink. Costco is next door. Walmart across the street .as well as a dollar General for last second stuff. Staff is awesome. They encourage self esteem and confidence. And a giant foam pit. Love it for my super active kids. They also have classes as well.”
