The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Tempe is a fantastic hotel with a convenient location, close to the airport and major freeways, offering easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Guests found the hotel beautifully maintained, with clean rooms and hallways. The rooms themselves were described as beautiful, in good condition, and featuring high-quality in-room hygiene items, quality linens, soft sheets, and blankets. A very comfortable bed and pillows were a highlight for many.
The service received high praise, with the front desk staff being incredibly courteous, professional, nice, and helpful. Specific mentions were made of managers who ensured smooth check-ins and checked in with guests throughout their stay. The breakfast was consistently described as excellent, and the gym was also a positive feature. While some minor signs of age were noted, such as a TV with a washed-out image and a non-working plug, guests expressed a strong desire to stay again. Very good everything . Except the TV didn't work. We were told it might be from the severe storm we just drove through or do to the renovation. Either way for the rare we paid we should have had a working tv

The staff were Top Notch and the experience was amazing. Was in town for a stressful engagement and they made it so much nicer. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable
