“Not quite up to Hampton Inn standards, showing it's age. The sheets were threadbare and had several tears in them. The sliding bathroom door is a pain and didn't lock. There was no microwave in the room or the lobby that I could find. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient, 10 minutes from Old Town ”

Definitely didn’t expect to receive that caliber at what I thought was a limited service hotel from some reviews I saw. The manager Tom or Tim at the desk was exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel if looking for a unique boutique with quality customer service.”

“Very new and clean hotel perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, ASU activities and the airport. Breakfast was included and the 8th floor rooftop bar with pool was an incredible sanctuary away from the busy day. It had great views of Sun Devil stadium and the mountains in the horizon.Rooms: Clean and modern layout with plenty of room and large tv.Walkability: Being in ASU campus, food, drinks and activities are all nearby.”

“Front desk was a joke. Interrupted Esmeralda eating as she waddled to the desk to open the door. Took excessively long to get checked in and was given the wrong room twice. Went back to desk took another 10 minutes to get another room and still wrong room as she tried to tell me I reserved a standard room. NO I DIDNT. Then she came to my room with the police telling me I need to leave. She was mad because I didn't use the front door after telling me there is only one way in and out, the front door. Not true, there are side doors near stairwell. Rooms are very small bathroom is tiny not worth the trouble or the money. Stay awayRooms: Small rooms, very small bathroom breakfast not good”

“Really good location for airport, Scottsdale, University. Rooms need more electric charging outlets by bed. Come on guys this is 2024. Put a device in each room that will sort 4 USB and 110 chargers. Breakfast fine, rooms clean, beds good.”

However, no full length mirror, auto off lights got a little spooky/annoying and the a/c made crazy noise.Noteworthy details: Heated pool, gym with amenities, 24/7 snack bar and front desk”

“Enjoyed my stay at the Aloft Tempe. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to highways, ASU, and nearby amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and well-appointed. Nice cozy lobby, bar, outdoor area, and pool. Convenience store has a wide variety of snacks, beverages, meals, and other essentials for purchase 24/7. There is a bit of noise from the neighboring highway and planes overhead, but it didn't bother me overnight and the hotel provides earplugs if you need them.The one minor disappointment during my stay was the non-functional electric vehicle charging station. All of the Tesla and non-Tesla EV chargers were in poor condition, with busted connectors and wires sticking out (safety hazard?). At least one of the Tesla chargers worked, but the only J1772 charger had a fault. I contacted the charging company listed on the station, who told me that the chargers are owned by the property and the hotel is responsible for arranging maintenance.”

“Went for an overnight stay cation and was pleasantly surprised with the room size. It has a fairly large kitchen with an almost full size fridge and dishwasher, 4 plates, glasses, and silverware. Plenty of work space queen size bed along with the couch that also makes into a queen. These units are set next to the Hilton Garden Hotel, but Hilton calls these units Home 2”

“The 2 bedroom upstairs room was amazing & beautiful. Very spacious. The 2 bedroom downstairs room was small for some reason and it did not look as nice or feel as nice as the upstairs room. Also upstairs was very clean and no bugs. But downstairs we found a roach .?? ?Now as far as location... Excellent‼️5️⃣ out of 5️⃣ ⭐'sℹ️ give it 2️⃣ ??'s ?This place has SO much around it. So many restaurants to eat, gas stations, stores to shop at, Home Depot, Walgreens, Wendy's, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Sally's Beauty, Goodwill, Carwash, Sprouts, and so much more!”
“Great hotel across from ASU. Service was fantastic. The room was clean and modern. Great shower. My only complaints were the pillows which dissolved under my head and the concrete floor in the room. Lastly, since it is along a busy road, it can be noisy at times.”
