“When I checked in I was so tired, and eager to get to my room that I left my phone at the front desk.I went to the store to get some food, came back and took a shower before I realized I didn't have my phone. I hoped if I had it at the desk, no one walked off with it.I ran down to the office,and the nice young lady on duty had it waiting for me. THANK YOU MOTEL 6!!!”

“The lady who checked me in the evening of sept 7 and out the morning of sept 8 is an amazing asset to the hotel. Such a lovely genuine kind friendly person! My suite was clean, huge bathroom, comfy sofa, nice views. The bed was a little tired but not too bad. Great value . Airport shuttle driver also lovely and friendly”
“At first, I had not a great experience. I asked one girl for help because I have an injured arm, but she completely ignored me and didn’t help. Later, I saw a young girl walking by and decided to ask her for help. Honestly, I thought I was going to have the same experience, but she was completely different. She was so sweet and kind to me. She helped me get my food and kept checking on me, asking if everything was okay, I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but I really wanted to recognize how kind and caring she was. She definitely made my experience so much better.🤍”

“We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience.
Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful.
The resort is unique and gorgeous with how it is incorporated into the landscape. The trails everywhere, waterfalls, and pools are beautiful.
Our room was very nice, modern and clean.
The food was good. They have servers that come around the pool you can order from. Breakfast was delicious and great dinner options.
We also enjoyed the pickleball courts.
We previously stayed at the JW Marriott in Phoenix and were just as happy at this resort.
We can’t wait to come back.”

“We stayed here on a trip from CA for a friends’ wedding weekend and it was great! The staff was incredibly helpful Jaden checked us in and out and was very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed, the lobby is beautiful, has AC and plenty of snacks, dining on site and drinks available, as someone from out of town this is very helpful. Parking lot is big and right out front and there’s a really amazing breakfast and lunch spot right in the shared parking lot. It’s close to gas stations and grocery stores and was a perfect spot for what we needed. The price was very reasonable and we’re really happy with our experience. I come from working in Omni resorts for 7 years in hospitality and this place does an amazing job.”

“We stayed here in Pheonix for a night on the way to Grand Canyon.Very nice hotel but above all I have to mention about the homely and cordial staff of this hotel .Airport Shuttle service is on from 5 a.m. They dropped as at bus stop too on request.”

“Excellent stay! Super clean! Looked brand new. Slept so good! We arrived on superbowl Sunday and caught the score in the lobby. Almost felt like home away from home. Very nice employees. Very cute area in downtown Tempe and not far. Would easily stay here again. Even had oat milk as an option at breakfast along with 4 different egg choices”

“I checked in today and after being away for a couple of hours, my room hadn't cooled down even though I had turned the thermostat down. I was moved to a different room and had the same issue. The 3rd room finally did the trick. Hannah at the front desk was quick and efficient in getting this resolved so quickly.”
“Thank you Zenus. We came in from a rough night and stuck from a failed layover, you made our quick night in Pheonix much more bearable. Thank you for being so thoughtful - it makes us feel good in choosing to be 'Hyatt People'.
The lower star is for not the cleaning staff not checking the cleanliness under the bed. It's one of the things I look at when I am looking for any of my remaining items when I go to leave. It makes me feel like other areas at the hotel/room could also be neglected. But otherwise great experience.”

“Upon arrival clerk was speedy, efficient and able to check us in immediately. You have to do a $75 deposit but that’s returned to you after you’ve checked out. The TVs are up to date which I love (I’m from VIRGINIA & they only have basic cable that rarely has all channels available 🤣 but here at this location everything is up to date. Sink, shower, the bed, and etc. no bad odor. The A/C could use a bit more “kick” but other than that it was a good experience would definitely recommend & even stay again if traveling through Tempe, AZ again.”
“Second time staying at this location and both times were for work meetings. The staff here are some of the friendliest I have ever encountered (and I travel a lot)! Shout out to the GM Dominick for making myself and group feel accommodated and heard. This location is locked in as my PHX hotel as choice! Give it a try.”

“We appreciated being welcomed as a Marriott Rewards member and receiving the welcome gift. Room was clean. Room was also cool upon arrival which was great since it was 116 degrees.
Shower, toilet and sink countertop needs repair. The shower would not drain properly so you were standing in about an inch or two of water while showering. Toilet taunted you that it was going to flush. Then made you flush twice. Then it ran and ran and ran. Sink countertop was cracked and discolored. Also, skirt of bed was dirty.”

“Finally a hotel with good pillows and real kleenex instead of sandpaper. I haven't been able to say that in years. Easy to get to. Great kitchenette, stocked well plus extra equipment options available. Exercise room had everything I needed. Only minor defect was a little water damage near the bathroom. Only complaint could be the loud talking neighbor, but that's not the hotel's fault. I picked this hotel because it was one of the only reasonably priced options in the Phoenix area; but it didn't feel like a cheap place.”

“I've been staying with motel 6 for off and on for the last 5 years the only problem that I ever really have is not enough towels or wash rags every now and then you see roaches but not too bad they need to pick up on their spraying during the summertime because that's when it's more heavy populated with bugs but other than that no problem”

The staff was exceptional there was one manager who I wished for the life of me to remember her name but she was so friendly and kind to me that it I just had to leave a review!”

“Great location, service & and a clean room. Management made all the difference. The service from the minute I walked into the lobby until I checked out.
Amy checked me in and recommended a few places to grab a bite to eat and also gave me a room with the AC already ON and it felt so good!
Room decor and smell was pleasant. Grabbed a To-Go breakfast on my way out.
