About Hertz Car Rental - Tempe - South Priest Drive
Hertz Car Rental on South Priest Drive in Tempe provides a generally positive rental experience with a strong emphasis on friendly and exceptional customer service. The staff is consistently described as professional, kind, and efficient, often going above and beyond to meet customer needs and explain the process clearly. They are noted for being helpful in resolving problems quickly and for providing personalized, honest service regarding vehicle selection and insurance options.
The location offers a wide vehicle selection, including SUVs, and cars are typically reported as clean, fully fueled, and ready to go. However, some customers report initial challenges, such as software or policy restrictions on certain vehicle rentals. A significant drawback is the difficulty of contacting the location by phone, with calls often disconnecting after ringing. Despite this, the in-person experience is highly regarded, with many customers stating they would choose this Hertz location for future rentals.

Not sure about all of the 1 star reviews, this Hertz location indeed treated me really well. They arranged Uber pickup from the repair shop, and dropped me off when my car was ready. Everyone there was very polite and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service.
