“Tatum is a great sales associate and very kind and sweet. She made the whole process very easy. She is great under pressure when there is a lobby full of impatient people and is willing to help in anyway She can. Everyone who I worked with at this location is very kind and informative. They had no problem switching out the vehicle when I had a problem with one. Both cars I drove were very clean! Will definitely be going to this location again to rent from them! The customer service line is excellent as well!”

“I recently rented a Lamborghini hurricane spyder, the car ran exceptionally well! Everything went smoothly. I was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews and probably (did) over react at the end when I was getting nervous about receiving my deposit. The owner if a true man of his word and just trying to survive and thrive in this life just like the rest of us. Totally would rent from him again. Don’t be nervous about giving this gentleman your business! Great opportunity and experience!”

His level of customer service is top tier, and it’s honestly rare to see someone so young with such a genuine passion for helping people.
I had to extend my rental several times, and Grant never once hesitated to help. He even took the time to call me back to make sure everything was taken care of and to see if I needed anything else. That kind of follow up and attention to detail speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers.

James us the man! He's always recommending I try a certain vehicle and he's always been right on when he suggests one. The rest of the crew there are wonderful too. Get you checked in or out and on your way in no time. Very convenient just being about 1 minute north of the 202 highway and Scottsdale rd. Usually have a pretty decent selection of smaller SUVs. I keep coming back every month. Best place in town.”
