About Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University
Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University is a clean and spacious hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to Arizona State sports venues and surrounded by restaurants. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and the updated, comfortable rooms, some featuring kitchenettes and living areas. Many visitors find the location ideal for attending sporting events and enjoy the large common spaces. The hotel’s lobby still feels brand new, adding to the positive experience. However, some guests have experienced issues such as noisy train sounds during the night, which can disturb sleep, and unclean laundry machines in the laundry room. Additionally, the air conditioning system may be inconsistent, switching between hot and cold unexpectedly. Despite these minor inconveniences, many guests have had a good stay, praising the cleanliness, friendly service, and overall comfort, and plan to return in the future.
The location is great if you're visiting ASU. It's also centrally located between Scottsdale and Chandler. The room was comfortable and clean, but didn't have what other hotels provide in bathroom small size soaps and body lotion or room service. 4 elevators, but only one working for 7 floors with a lot of guests.

For a Hyatt the price of the stay was very reasonable. Great location.

Great hotel. Very nice accommodations. Just an FYI if you need to work with a reasonably higher bandwidth. This is the current Wi-Fi speed.
