Most all of their clothes are made of spandex, polyester, nylon, and acrylics. I'm allergic to those fabrics and I break out in hives, especially if I sweat. I will be back to buy when you bring back 100% cotton dress shirts, slacks and even socks. You need to do better!!! Make America Healthy Again!

The store is nice and clean but what they are trying to sell there is complete disaster. Women's clothes are ugly and cheap quality. Colors, fabrics and styles are horrible. Didn't find ONE pretty, good quality item. Overpriced too. Looked for pretty feminine white blouse (or any color blouse), nothing even close to "pretty" or "stylish". Even my grandma wouldn't wear this clothes!

The cashier was great. The manager was rude. Wouldn't give us his name. Prices in the men's department were wrong. The manager Wouldn't honor the price that was posted
THIS Happened at 5:30 pm on December 20th. The manager moved the jacket that was placed on the rack with the $39.99 signed. He didn't know I took pictures.

Penny's ain't what she used to be!! However, I do love their sales. I think they have a lot of quality items to select from at this location. The customer service here is borderline acceptable, I guess. ( Trying to be more tolerant these days...) This store is one of Mom's favorite places to shop.

$81.00 for 1 picture for a LinkedIn profile that took them 10 minutes. I could see $40 or maybe $50. But $81.00 is WAY TOO MUCH.

I have been trying to reach this store for hours. I returned an item and it was never credited. I had to use the prompt for the beauty salon who thankfully picked up and transferred me to a customer service person. That person took my info and said a manager would call me back. After 5 hours of waiting I began calling back. Finally someone in the photo studio answered and didn’t know how to transfer me nor did she know who the store manager was. I guess I’m going to have to make a trip to the store.

Very nice selections of big and tall mens clothing. Love that they carry Shaq's line of clothing. I don't care for the shoe selection very much, and they need to carry more of the bigger sizes of shoes. I really don't like the bigger womans choices of clothes. There wasn't much to really look at if you are xl or larger in womans.

JCPenney had a friendly vibe, but navigating the store was a bit of a challenge. The salespeople I did run into were very helpful, but finding someone to ask a question was tough. It seemed like there weren't many staff on the floor, and a couple of times (2x) team members flagged me to areas of the store (for a backpack) but they weren't sure which department I needed and couldn’t locate it. It would have been easier if everyone wore name tags so I could tell who worked there. Overall, it was an okay experience, but they could definitely improve on how easy it is to find help.
