The Tempe location is now closed on Saturday. That's something I would have liked to know before I drove across the valley. If your "IT people are on it", I think you need new IT people. There were several of us here on Saturday wondering what was going on. Do better.

Although I feel that we all pay enough for these services that they could afford a non self service method of checking in. I would like to say that Daniel was very quick and professional. Drew my blood super quick and got me in and out thanks Daniel.

Pros: Mostly well run, quick check-in and lab work.Cons: Sometimes lose faxed-in lab orders. Take a hardcopy with you.Hours positively lack. Not everyone can take off part of a weekday for lab work. Bring back the Saturday hrs! Minus a star for that. Sat hours as shown on Google are not correct - Facility is closed.
