Walked in during open hours for blood work and was told they weren’t taking walk ins.

I'm sick and they should be thankful I was sick so I could not be there. I feel so horrible for putting my daughter through this hell and they didn't get any blood. They didn't stop when my husband said to. The needle went in, my daughter was fine, it was when the vein rolled and the phlebotomist decided to search for it. In a freaking 2 year old. Eventually 3 of them were trying, my daughter had slipped her arm out of their hands with the needle in my daughter's arm. Still, instead of the techs or anyone knowing their ability and when to stop, they almost hurt my daughter. Yes, this was her first blood draw. Yes, you did traumatize her even more from doctors, thanks. I really needed you guys to do even a decent job, not this. Anyway doesn't matter. We will never be using this Labcorp. I was so dumb to not think that it is in Tempe. Duh. Of course they won't do a decent job, Welcome to Tempe. I already know because I used to live there.

Refused to let me have my draw saying I have a balance. I logged into my portal and it says I owe nothing.
I already paid $750 just to get the lab order booked and now I cannot get the bloodwork for an entire month. That was money I needed to pay for food for my kids but couldn't because I needed this bloodwork but I can't get it now for a month despite paying for it UP FRONT.
I received a text this afternoon telling me to see my bill here and when I use the system it still shows nothing and says there is an error. This is so upsetting I'm out $750 for a month for services I couldn't get because their system won't work.

Had an appt at 10:15am for a drug screen.. waited until 1:30 & my name NEVER got called, so i left lol. Went up to the front literally twice & was told i was still in the line? I was waiting for literally 3 hours… also the lady up front with the dreads was rude lmfao, tyvm pls don't come here!!! i understand it gets busy but don't be bitter when people are taking their time to come to ur location for something important. Made an appt with the Gilbert location & a much better environment with much NICER people working, was also in & out and got what I needed to do in a span of only 15 minutes.

Horrible experience, I don’t know what her name was but the lady at the front desk with dreads was horribly rude. I get it’s busy but you literally chose this job, don’t be an asshole.

Beware : they do not answer the phone. They only listen to voice-mail at the end of the day.
(So it's faster to drive there to get help )
&
heavy chemical-based (formaldehyde usually) air "fresheners" Very common trigger if you're an allergy or migraine patient.

This place needs to update their website and not just put up a sign.

Some of the techs in here could have a little less attitude in their voice and be a little more friendly on a courteous level. None of us want to be here wasting anyone's time, so the attitude in your tone can just stop. Good Lord.

LabCorp is about as unfriendly and unhelpful organization as I have encountered. They have messed up billing, orders, and randomly announce that their locations will not serve walk-ins but do not inform the agencies that use them.
And good luck getting anyone on the phone. In the rare chance you do get ahold of someone, they will simply repeat the same policies and not offer any guidance on how to resolve your issue.

I would give this place a zero star, but I was not able to. They don’t even deserve it. One star. The receptionist are really rude and are not willing to help. A elder gentleman needed help at the kiosk and no one was willing to help him so I walked up to help. The lady that called me that was really loud and obnoxious. I had my test done on the 22nd today is the 28th and still have no results. This is the first time I experienced this with LabCorp. I usually get my results back in 72 hours. I will never use this LabCorp again. This is the worst!

I went in for routine blood work. The first issue, which I did not realize till after I left was she did not wipe the area with alcohol before she stuck me. And when she stuck me it hurt way more than it usually does. Whatever it is that you use to wrap around the arm now after the blood is drawn was put on way too tight. After I got home I noticed that it was stinging so I removed the wrapping, which was not easy, and blood gushed out at such a rate I did not have time to grab anything before blood was dripping all over the place. I've never had that happen before.
Needless to say, my experience was not pleasant.

These people suck at answering their phones. I've been trying ALL DAY to figure out if my teenage daughter needs a parent present for her pre-employment drug screening and not only do they not answer their phones, they do not return calls or Facebook messages. If you need to get ahold of them, good luck to you. I'd recommend finding another business who answers their phones, responds to messages, and can provide some decent customer service.
Edited to add: LOL! 3 to 5 business days for a response is absolutely ridiculous. Try harder.

It was fast. Seemed a bit unorganized and grimy. The tech did not verify my name and birthday on the vials taken, only before when entering info. Sonora Quest is far superior imo.

A couple/few years ago, I posted a negative review of this place. Since then, it has gotten better with each visit. Not sure if our reviews had anything to do with that, but I'm glad they are no longer understaffed. The staff seems happy and working hard. They joke with me and keep things on time and they don't lose my referrals anymore! Most improved business in all of The Valley! Well done to this location!

Walked in without an appointment as a walk-in 20 minutes after they opened. Roughly 14 people in the waiting room. Checked in at the kiosk, sat down for maybe 7-10 minutes before being called to the front desk so that they can verify my reason for the visit. After sitting back down for 3-5 minutes, they called me back to draw blood. Phlebotomy tech was responsive to my request to lay down for the procedure and helped distract me off of the needle. This is the only Labcorp location I'll be going to from now on as the other 2 locations I've been to were horrendous in their wait time and customer service.
