Bad experience with this place. I bought two caps with embroidery, the store had a sign indicating a buy one get next half off, the special was not honored, and the embroidery instructions I left with the kid working there made a mistake on the cap I purchased. Good place to buy hats, however their managers embroidery skills are terrible! He made a hole in my hat and took no responsibility for it.

Great service! Store manager that worked 9/12/22 was awesome, helpful and so patient. I went in with 6 kids asking him off the wall questions and he did such a great job with them. Great management I hope he knows he’s doing a wonderful job.

Lids customer service is horrible!!! They don't even let you finish talking before they walk away from you, I couldn't ask questions due to the attitude her body language was just not what it should be. I would rather go to hat club and go somewhere else to have them work on my hat! I recommend you go to hat club way more helpful and willing to help you unlike lids shut you down and can't help you find a hat!

Prices are not as marked. Price on every single hat was clearly marked as 24.99 however when ringing up they refused to honor this price. Instead they were saying the hat was 29.99. Employees were extremely rude about it.. will never go back here.

Today my wife and I took our niece to the mall. I wanted to buy a hat for each of my Philly sports teams when the manager approached me 4 seconds in my visit and said that one of his staff has epilepsy and any loud noise could trigger an episode. Could we please leave with the baby(who was making baby noises). I didn’t cuss him out. I left. For ever!!! I buy hats monthly at $40 each. Lost a customer for good. By the way, the music was blasting, but I guess that doesn’t trigger the episodes.

I've had the same 3 custom hats made several times the same way over the last 8 years. I paid for and waited like normal. Yet it wasn't done the way I asked for or paid for. Was treated like I was being unreasonable. They said they would fix it but needed another 30-45 mins after being there for over an hour I said I would return in 3 days. I returned to a still not done correctly hat and no care for me as a customer to fix it. After being a 10 year+ customer who referred many people to lids I will never return and tell people to go else where.

It took me only a few months of looking but I finally found the hat I was looking for. (I happened to be too lazy to look online). That all said, I’m very happy with my my purchase and glad to stop looking. The woman who was the cashier was very friendly, the transaction very seamless and easy. Thank you !

Not happy with this store. Supposed to open at 10am. Wasn't opened until 11:15. Only 1 employee to run the entire business. I'll try the one in Chandler and if it's the same I'll move on
