I showed up 15 minutes before close and just had to pop in for a few small self serve prints. I was in and out but they were gracious and I appreciated that. Also this time around the app didn’t show self serve and the employees were able to help me in the right direction.

Horrible customer service. Went to print 50 color images. 2 of the 3 self-print machines were out of service. The gal could not care less that I was standing there asking for prints... she proceeded to answer two customer calls while I stood there... I walked out.I'll never go back. Total disgrace.

Horrible experience and service. The machine charged me extra for nothing. Highly busy and they were out of most supplies. No one helped me at all worst costumer service.
