Missy provided me with a world-class customer experience and proved to have very expensive product knowledge on everything that I asked about. She really made the experience world class and well above larger box stores like home depot and lowes.

I genuinely got some great service today. Payton was polite, thoughtful, accommodating and knowledgeable. If I am going to Ace Hardware, I have always had good luck at “Paul’s” regardless of which location.
