She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about how to fix the problems I am confronted with as a homeowner. She also knows where everything is located within the store.
Eve, is ALWAYS cheerful. Today, as usual, she greeted me by name with a smile. Eve makes me feel important and welcome in the store. I came today with 2 different problems. Eve walked me to the section of the store where items were located. She showed me what options were available in the store and explained the differences and similarities between the various products. She was so patient and kind. She also saved me money by taking me over to look at other similar products in the liquidation room! Awesome experience!”

The customer service was excellent; they went above and beyond to answer my questions about additional parts, and their prices were very competitive. The best part is that they are a local plumbing supply house, so I can easily stop by and pick up what I need in person to complete my job. I’ve been using them for the past four years, and I’ve consistently had a positive experience when looking for unique plumbing supplies. AAA+++. “1/28/24: Wade was EXCEPTIONAL!! Everyone was accessible and friendly. First, I spoke to Brian at the service desk to ask where to find a Klein Level. He directed me to aisle 31. I got there, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Close by, Wade was happy to help. He found my item was available in store, found where it was stored, and grabbed a ladder to get it for me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I walked past another girl on my way out, and she asked how I was doing. This store is full of kind people, attentive, and good at what they do. THANKS again to Wade and this whole team!!

“I rented a box truck to pick up a grandfather clock. Usually use Home Depot for short trips. However, this one took a few hours and ended costing more than Uhaul.”
“I visited this Home Depot location 17Feb 2026.
This is my main store. It really saddens me to have to leave this review.
I visited the door department and there was no one in the department to help me.
A young lady saw me and asked was I being helped, I replied no, she said ok let me get someone to assist you.
No one came!
The same young lady passed by again, she asked did anyone come, I replied no.
She said let me call someone again, no one came.
She passed me a third time and asked the same question, and then she said oh I hear them paging Eli now. I kept waiting, he never came. She said I'll call the MOD, he never came. After waiting in the door dept for almost 45mins I started to leave and I saw another employee and asked if he knew the young lady in the area? I gave him the description and he knew her. I told him I wanted to write a review for HER awesome customer service.
Her name is Stacy in the MET dept the young man said. I wish I remembered his name because as I was leaving he apologized.
I will continue to frequent this location, even though I never got service, but because of STACY!
I still gave 5stars because of STACY!!!!”

“We went to Woodworkers Source for the first time yesterday. We are new to Arizona, we are hobby woodworkers, and on the hunt for where we can go for a good selection of various wood species, and where we could get our favorite Rubio Monocoat products...this was the place. We'll definitely be going here regularly. We live about an hour away, but it's worth the trip for gorgeous wood. We're going back today to pickup what we left there yesterday to be planed and ran through the joiner (they were pretty slammed, and short-staffed when we went yesterday- it was also a Holiday...lots of folks off work, kids out of school...more customers, more employees needing off, equals Woodworkers source not on their best day...despite the employees stress, they maintained professionalism and courtesy). Thank you for being a great store for quality products.”
