“I tried shopping at the mega-sized home improvement store, but got eye rolls as if I was just another DIYer and told to try Hobby Lobby. I instead tried out Paul’s Ace, and not only did they have the specialty wall glaze I was looking for, they were interested in how I was using it and helped me find the proper tools for the job. Reminded me of the local hardware store in the town I grew up in. Customer service the way it should be. Well done 👏”

“We went to Woodworkers Source for the first time yesterday. We are new to Arizona, we are hobby woodworkers, and on the hunt for where we can go for a good selection of various wood species, and where we could get our favorite Rubio Monocoat products...this was the place. We'll definitely be going here regularly. We live about an hour away, but it's worth the trip for gorgeous wood. We're going back today to pickup what we left there yesterday to be planed and ran through the joiner (they were pretty slammed, and short-staffed when we went yesterday- it was also a Holiday...lots of folks off work, kids out of school...more customers, more employees needing off, equals Woodworkers source not on their best day...despite the employees stress, they maintained professionalism and courtesy). Thank you for being a great store for quality products.”

If I ever go to one of the big box stores I’m reminded of why I love Ace. At the big stores it takes forever to find what I need and get in and out of the store. Ace get’s you helped out and quickly back to your project saving tons of time which is hugely valuable.”

“I went in looking for a specific replacement shower valve and wasn't exactly sure which model I needed. One of th epmloyees took the time to look at the pictures I had on my phone, helped me out and got me the right part, and even showed me a couple more options. “My plumber from Lex Corp Plumbing recommended I visit this store to find parts and replacement filters for the RO system and water softener he installed. The customer service was excellent; they went above and beyond to answer my questions about additional parts, and their prices were very competitive. The best part is that they are a local plumbing supply house, so I can easily stop by and pick up what I need in person to complete my job. I’ve been using them for the past four years, and I’ve consistently had a positive experience when looking for unique plumbing supplies. AAA+++. This is my main store. It really saddens me to have to leave this review.
I visited the door department and there was no one in the department to help me.
A young lady saw me and asked was I being helped, I replied no, she said ok let me get someone to assist you.
No one came!
The same young lady passed by again, she asked did anyone come, I replied no.
She said let me call someone again, no one came.
She passed me a third time and asked the same question, and then she said oh I hear them paging Eli now. I kept waiting, he never came. She said I'll call the MOD, he never came. After waiting in the door dept for almost 45mins I started to leave and I saw another employee and asked if he knew the young lady in the area? I gave him the description and he knew her. I told him I wanted to write a review for HER awesome customer service.
Her name is Stacy in the MET dept the young man said. I wish I remembered his name because as I was leaving he apologized.
I will continue to frequent this location, even though I never got service, but because of STACY!
I still gave 5stars because of STACY!!!!”

“I expected 3 different companies to bid the job, but the Parker guy said all the $ would be the same because it came from Home Depot. So there really wasn't a choice. Though the rep and installer from Parker and Sons were excellent, I have had problems with Parker in the past and now am locked to them for this hot water unit service.”
