The Betta fish only get water changes once a week, but lethal levels of ammonia build up over 24 hours. I told an associate about 5 fish that had visibly dirty green and brown water and she shrugged me off and said she knew about them but it wasn't time for maintenance today. Truly despicable way to treat a living creature. Please do better.

I like to walk my dog there and buy treats for her. I have been to several Pet smarts but that was the first one she didn't constantly smell all around the corners. I'm sure the male dogs lift their legs.
I give a shout out to the manager the must have cleaner corners.

This woman at this petsmart tried to prevent me from buying and succeeded while I was trying to buy a hamster I have had MANY and taken care of them many times before and she was trying to school me and make me feel stupid this woman looked at me disgusted and didn’t let me buy it she kept going to the back and coming back with new requirements until she just said I couldn’t because I was 17? Why didn’t she tell me this in the beginning I was thinking she was trying to humiliate me and bully me she had white short hair and is a woman presenting it was the worst experience I had at a pet store

Came here looking for turtle eye drops and we found them. On our way out we decided to stop and talk to an employee in regards to seeing if they had vet care there for turtles. Unfortunately, they didn’t, but the employee who assisted us was Lennon. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to assist us beyond what we would’ve ever thought. Lennon was actually able to point us in the right direction as far as vets that she’s aware of as far as exotic animals go. Thank you so much for the helpful information.

Unfortunately I used to love this place. My wife is sick and managing a new born and showed up to pick up our dog late. I understand how that may have been inconvenient and we apologize for that..but to hear how my wife was treated and spoke to when picking up our dog results in now losing our business and our community of dog business that attends. I wish the lady would have spoken to me like that. But what’s done is done. I’m not mad, we are just moving on. I’ve had great thoughts and memories about this place but this kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Amazing staff that is always helpful, with a clean store and work environment. I’m constantly impressed by the way I hardly ever even notice the puppy programs running! They are always so good, and well integrated into the shopping experience! Here is a video of our puppy sleeping in her clearance glow-in-the-dark-skeleton hoodie! Remember to keep warm when we have these weather drops! ♥️

My husband went in to surprise my toddler with his first fish and the employee told my husband he wouldn’t sell him the fish if he didn’t buy multiple because they’re friendly fish. Which is so ridiculous because I had bought the same fish with a tank prior at a different location and last time I checked it’s up to us how many pets we want. Apparently petsmart doesn’t want your business and had to drive to a different location.

I took my dog Ripley here for a grooming and Emmerson did an amazing job. He was so friendly and happy to have my puppy! Will definitely be returning.

Went in to buy some collars for my dogs, took for ever to get help. When checking out they insisted on getting my personal information just to check out. Even telling me they could not proceed with out an email address. Was not until I told them I would go else where did the manager step in and say to sell it with out my information. Ridiculous policy.

I took my Husky to this location for grooming and booked with Tenaya U. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. She tried to upcharge my dog’s service from $110 to $210 by adding unnecessary extra services and even suggested cutting my Husky’s hair—which anyone with experience knows is a big no-no. Despite her claim of 14 years in the industry, she was clearly more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service. When I refused the extra charges, she became extremely rude. I ended up taking my dog to the Tempe Elliot location instead, where they groomed him exactly as I originally requested, without any unnecessary add-ons or scams. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better location. If you do decide to use this location, do not book with Tenaya U. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
