We wanted a refrigerated truck and they had several available. The lift gate was was a joy to use. It's best to call ahead for availability. The price is comparable to others.

If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order through West Elm on May 4 for a Bench, 2 Piece Sectional, & 4 Piece Sectional. West Elm contracted with Ryder Last Mile whom Received the Items on June 2. They decided since I'd placed another order they would hold my items until the other pieces arrived, a month later, that way they'd only have to make one delivery. Which I think is absurd considering I paid separate Delivery Fees for Home Delivery for both orders. When they finally received the items from both orders I was out of town for Two Weeks. When I contacted them regarding Scheduling I was told I had to wait 14 Days after Air Travel before my furniture could be delivered. Since I Travel frequently I wasn't able to Schedule my Delivery until August 26th. I made special arrangements to not travel for 14 Days so that I could receive the Delivery for Ryder Last Mile. I received Voicemail, Text, & Email the day prior to my Delivery confirming the Delivery and Time. The morning I was supposed to receive the Delivery I instead received a call around 10:00 AM stating that the Delivery Drive was unwell and wouldn't be able to deliver my Furniture. I explained my predicament and was told that they would speak to the Manager then give me a call back. They never returned the call, I tried calling them leaving 3 Voicemail but never heard back from them. Then 3 Days later I received an email asking me to reschedule both Deliveries. I Scheduled them for September 22nd, the soonest available, which I once again had to make Special Arrangements for traveling that way I'd be able to receive the Delivery. I again received a Voicemail, Text, & Email confirming Delivery & Time. They were supposed to arrive between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM while waiting I received a Call around 11:00 AM stating they wouldn't be able to deliver my Furniture because they've misplaced it. I was told they were doing a Dock Check but they'd reach out to me once they had more information. It's been almost 2 Weeks now I've yet to hear anything back. I've called 3 Times Daily leaving Voicemails, when the mailbox isn’t full, but still have yet to get a response. I've filed a complaint with their Corporate Office which has done nothing to help locate my items. I've filed a complaint with West Elm which has also done nothing to help locate my items. I placed this order 5 Months ago for these items. I've been trying to Schedule Delivery for the last 4 Months. I've done my best to be patient but at this point I'm at my wits end. We are suppose to have Family coming into town which I've had to turn away now. I've spent Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars at West Elm, Pottery Barn, & William Sonoma. I've always used them to furnish all our homes. Now I'm to the point I will never use these companies ever again because of this experience. I'm apparently not the only one whose had these issues either. There's been server all with the same complaint. Don’t use this company to deliver your products because they can't be trusted. I’ll be arriving at their Warehouse on Monday in person since I’ve been trying to get someone on the Phone for two weeks but have yet to get through. If my furniture can be located then I plan to file a Police Report while I’m there for the because I believe these items have been stolen. I’ll also be contacting the Post Master General to report these issues as well because this is unacceptable!Response to Owner: I honestly find that information hard to believe that "Ryder itself doesn't actually schedule/deliver items or service." If they don't then why has all communication regarding my Delivery been through Ryder. I've received Voicemail, Text, & Email regarding Scheduling and Delivery all which state they are from Ryder Last Mile. I also checked out Yelp where others have also had the same issue I'm currently having. Ryder reached out to both of them offering their help to resol

I bought a sectional sofa a rug and a media console from arhaus. They contracted Ryder last mile to deliver the items. They were supposed to deliver all 3 items a couple of weeks ago. They only showed up with the sectional, and I was told that they do not know where the rug and the media console are. It is also super hard to reach them. Their customer service is terrible. If I do not get my items within the next couple days, I will have to schedule a return with arhaus.
