Went in here to see about my phone plan, after 10 minutes of absolutely no acknowledgement from the 2 staff in there, decided maybe a different store. Maybe they need customer service training?

I seriously hate how little help you get from in person t-mobile reps. Great for purchasing terrible for the rest

I’ve been to this location a few times with issues with my bill and Sam has been extremely helpful with dealing with the T-Mobile service side of things. As frustrating it can be with dealing with promotions not being applied correctly, he understands the issue and has helped correct it.
