Amazing property and staff in office. They keep the place well maintained and beautiful. Fix things in a timely manner, communicate with changes. Every time I go into the office I’m greeted so warmly. I can’t say enough good things about Studio 710. I was lucky to find such a lovely apartment that is affordable.

Absolutely love it here! The complex is beautiful and very well maintained by their maintenance team also the staff inside (Mary,Eva,Oscar) have been so accommodating Through my stay here so far also, the complex is very quiet. There are also no homeless people walking around wandering at night so you’re in a safe place
