“The negative reviews for this place really piss me off lol. This is HANDS DOWN the best smoke shop I have ever been to; not just in Arizona, the best shop ever. They’ve had the same people working there for many years, which should tell you everything you need to know about how it’s ran. They always make me feel important and take the time out to ask me how I’m doing and shoot the shit with me. Most all smoke shops won’t return vapes once you have left with them. Sorry but it just be like that y’all. At least this crew is nice enough to remind you to try it out before you leave to make sure it works. Tarnishing Main on Mill for not taking back your defective vape after multiple days is crazyyyyy lol.
I moved away from Phoenix in 2016 and came back a few years later. I hadn’t seen these people in YEARS when I returned and still the moment I walked in, they remembered me instantly, addressed me by name, and picked right back up where we left off. They truly are a master class in customer service and kindness. I will always be a customer of this shop. And I will ALWAYS recommend them to people. “I like to go here because it's convenient and the people are friendly. They have everything for smoking, vaping and all those types of supplies. Drinks, beers, hard punches ect. The also have a new sub shop I side called Knockout Subs. I tried one...it was good. I know they also cash checks, but I don't know the details on that.”
