Had to make a stop here yesterday when my phone malfunctioned. We’re visiting and had no expectations of spectacular service but needed a functional phone. Sebastian greeted me when I entered, quickly diagnosed my issue, and knocked it out of the park fixing my phone. He was professional, polite, and quick! He deserves a raise and a company car!

I normally go to a different location, but I went to this location because it was close to where I was. I have to work with a business expert because it's a business account that needed something special done, and the business expert at this location refused to talk to me and told the associate to tell me I need to call Verizon directly to get what I need done, except that I know the Verizon won't do it. It requires a business expert to call and do it. Don't come here for your business accounts. They're probably fine for anything personal.

I am very upset about my experience here tonight. The manager on shift greeted us then said he had to go back and get his tablet without explaining there would be another guy coming to take over who asked me the same questions all over again and was very very very rude. He acted like he didn’t care to help. Like I was wasting his time. Then he began telling me conflicting information about adding my partner to my account then what I was quoted from calling a representative the day before on the phone. Very rude place. I thought coming to a store would be more convenient rather than waiting for a phone to come in the mail but I was very wrong in thinking so. I complained to the manager who was leaning on a counter then when I told him what happened he shrugged his shoulder. I’ve never been treated with such blatant disregard or disrespect and I’ve been with Verizon since before Verizon was this name. Extremely sad. Do not waste your time going to this terrible disrespectful location. They do not care about professional respectful treatment of Verizon customers.

Do not go to this store!!! The manger and sales associates are incompetent and unprofessional! They messed up my complete order from what phone I wanted to the size of the watch and took absolutely no accountability what’s so ever! Not once did they try to make anything right but instead want to argue and make up lies. The manager was extremely rude and defiant! I should have looked at these reviews beforehand and known not to go here! This is the worse Verizon store! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Unbelievably bad experience. I had to go online and figure out everything that I wanted from them. I got sent from the electronic Verizon site to them and when I got there they were absolutely worthless the manager new absolutely nothing about phones and the employees had no interest in helping I remember the problem back in the day used to be the problem was the employees wanted to help but there weren't enough employees the employees were just sitting around on their phone doing nothing

get someone in there that knows what the hell they're doing. Came in with a phone that only works on wifi, left with one that wasnt working at all. No calls/txt go through at all. Went back to see why and the manager didnt seem to care because in his words " I wasnt there when they originally looked at it"

Came in this morning to upgrade my device. Really needed to use the restroom. They didn't have one.
I came back from a nearby restaurant, but they were out of stock on the device I wanted, and all the other nearby stores have it, according to the guy who tried to help.
Honestly they tried their best, but I feel like they could definitely have better service for HUMANS instead of trying to tell humans what service should look like.
**Just found out they accessed my account TWICE using my mobile ID app, but they legally have to use my physical one! Just got my upgrade denied at a different store because of it.

I was dreading having to go into the store to deal with my phone issues, but I was helped right away and Sebastian took care of everything for me! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The manager, Jared, left a lot to desire....won't be back. He couldn't figure out his own system. Still don't have the right phone 😕 I won't be back EVER! On to bigger and better!!
