2nd time I've been here in a couple of years. I walk right in told the sales guy what I was there for and how I wanted someone to walk me through the differences in the features of the new iphones because i'm about to upgrade but want to see it in person before I order, they show me where the phones at and offer absolutely no help at all just stand there and watch me as I aimlessly stare at the new iphones while nobody helps explain anything, nobody tries to sell me on anything or ask what it is I am looking for, the sales guys all stand around at the front and expect you to figure it out yourself. There is no customer service at this location. Nobody asked me for my account information, what iphone I currently have, or told me what deals were going on. Completely pointless going in here at all might as well go to an apple store where they actually provide customer service and show you the phones&features when asked and ask you what it is you're looking for.

Went to the store because my SIM card randomly stopped working and any online help asks you to sign in which then prompts secondary verification by sending you a text lolThe staff in the store was nice enough, but lacked any ability to help me because I didn't have my driver's license, only my government issued passport and their system wouldn't accept it. They then flagged my account for suspicious activity. So much fun!

Been a customer with Verizon for 15 years. Had a problem and met a tall Indian looking guy wearing a gold watch who didn't even let me explain my issue and simply pointed across the street to BestBuy and said "they can help you".

Tanner was so helpful!!! We are so happy we switched over to Verizon, we had so many challenges trying to figure everything out but he made things so easy and the transition from a different carrier seamless

I just went in to the store for an upgrade. I rushed to get there at least 30 minutes before close, to be sensitive to the fact they closed at 8. The guy standing at the door said they weren’t taking any more appointments because everyone was helping someone. Then I said I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes. He was really rude and said he could check with his manager and they might be able to but wouldn’t be able to transfer data. The real question is, why couldn’t he have helped me. He wasn’t doing anything. He was standing there with a tablet. I am not impressed with this store or the customer service given.

It is so sad that Verizon store customer service (especially at stores) are only interested in selling new phones. They don't care if you have been with them for 1 day or 5 years. They will smile at you but offer no solutions, options or try to problem solve issues. I am hopeful that a cell phone company will finally realize that people stay with them because of the way they are treated.

Just visited the Verizon store located at Tempe Market Place. This is my FAVORITE location and had plenty of purchases with friendly staff until today. The vibe of the store was going out of its way to be unwelcoming and unhelpful and it started with who checked me in. After being there for over an hour waiting and being next in line, I decided to go to Best Buy.

I had awesome experience at Verizon, thanks to Paul.When I changed my service provider to Verizon, my number didnt get ported. Paul’s enthusiasm and quickness to solve the problem was reqlly appreciable. I seldom write reviews but was compelled this time. I even got a free screen guard at the end, thanks to Paul.Awesome place with awesome employee.

The sellers at this store don’t respect nor help effectively. I explained to him my issue and didn’t listen to anything I had said because he asked me again why I came here for. Repeating myself a whole story isn’t worth staying here.

Well... I'm not sure what happened here.. So I've been with Verizon since 1998. Originally Cellular one. Then Altell. Pretty good service. Awesome some network. From beginning to now. So I was due for an upgrade. I admit I'm a bit of a Luddite .. so we went. Tradin in. So most of the phones were already gone. They had one in Yellow (fine it's yellow blue or pink for me). Fine. Not the pro just normal. But.. something about waiting for the safe to open for manager to get said phone. (Ok maybe they've been hit w shoplifting gang before or something). Cool I got phone.. transferring data.. so our guy left.. he himself was great.. so finally data complete.. I wanna give them old phone (supposed to .. trade in). Oh manager left.. can .. ya got 45 days.. ok.. brought back next day.. ok no you have to FedEx it.. Really? Ok. It was just so bizarre.. Very odd experience. I have to say if it wasn't for the network and reliability... and I verified this was a corporate store. And my husband wanted to disconnect his old iPad and watch. Guess what.. you gotta call this number to do that. Yet again we are at a Verizon corporate store. Anyway it all ended fine.. just very odd.. laborious. I still didn't quite understand all the hula buloo
