I went in this past weekend to see about upgrading my phone. Isaiah made sure I got the best deal. He is very personal and professional. He is always smiling and making you laugh. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to upgrade their phone

Isaiah was amazing at this Verizon location! We were leaving out of town & were
in a bind as our phone was not working. Isaiah even stayed after hours on a Sunday night to help us out. He was super friendly & kind. Best experience ever!!!

I had an issue with my business internet and a billing mistake, and Shane at the Verizon store on McClintock & Warner went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t connect my phone to the service at all, but Shane was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was fixed properly. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location and especially Shane for any Verizon

Got to the store at 8:20PM the doors were locked and only two employees and two customers in store when knocked advised store was closed yet it was only 8:20pm and the store closes at 8:30pm lazy employees!

This place has such great reviews and I don't know how. I walked in and was not greeted. I awkwardly stood by what I assumed was the 'front desk' while another customer was already sitting there. An employee got up to grab something and walked right past me and didn't say anything. In any place it's just common courtesy and basic customer service to acknowledge a customer. I stood there for a remaining 45 seconds before walking out. What an awkward and unpleasant experience.

Had a great experience at this Verizon store! My boyfriend and I were greeted immediately by Shane, who was incredibly nice and helpful. He took care of everything we needed quickly and efficiently. The customer service was top-notch, and we really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend this location!

Yesterday I went back into this location because I was told I should go get all the contents on my phone transferred over because I got a warranty replacement. I came in like 7ish and noticed it was only one associate in the store and he was helping a couple. I decided to wait nobody greeting me as I stood at the front counter. The associate that helped me last time came in the store and immediately went to the back. I really didn’t think anything of it. I waited for another 5 mins or so before two women who were a different color from me came in and immediately got greeted. They sat down while I choose to stay standing. After the two women came in the associate went to the back where you can hear several other associates laughing in the back. I guess he was asking for help. Another 20mins went by and the nobody has come out and the main associate says let me go check on them and proceeds to go back there again and ask for help. What felt like 10 more mins go by and someone comes from the back. Instead of asking the associate who was here first he proceeds to go straight to the other women. The other women and the associate proceeds to say she was here first ! He comes over and starts helping me but before we get done he was distracted by another employee, gets up and leave me at the table telling me he will be back. I waited another 5mins and just got up and left and finished myself at home. This experience was very interesting to me I didn’t know what to make up it. I went home and decided to wait until the morning and see if I felt the same way I did last night. I was completely disregarded by the associates last night. I went over a million scenarios in my head trying to extend grace to the employees. Maybe they were on break , or maybe because it was a hour before closing they could’ve had a long day idk. All I know is I will not be coming back to this store ever !! Yes I am a black women btw. Since being seen last night was my issue I decided to express my deep frustration with this. I have been a Verizon customer for years and I’ve never been treated like this in a store. Please do better. I also went down the reviews and I see no one who looks like me has posted smh.

The manager of this store, Andrew, is great at his job on another level.
I've never been so impressed with buying a phone.
I've bought a lot of phones and he's the best!

We had a great experience!
We were greeted at the front door with a smile.
Don worked with us today. He was the consummate professional. He answered all of our questions and even stayed a few minutes late to get everything just right. Each time we have been to this store we have been pleased. Today was no exception. Do yourself a favor and come to this store you won’t be disappointed!

Same story with these clowns; Verizon corporate advertises about free phones if you switch to their network, yet these salespeople are working for commissions, so these same salespeople aren't interested in giving up those phones. They attempt to lock you into monthly payment plans. I hope the state attorney general investigates and fines these jerks.
