Just switched carriers and got a new phone. Verizon customer service member Shane Taylor made the transaction seamless. He helped with selecting a phone and plan. He then setup my new phone and assisted in getting me setup for autopay. I am very happy with the new Samsung S26 Ultra and the very reliable service!
