The office staff is amazing and excellent at communication. Maintenance is pretty good, with friendly staff who solve problems and take initiative. The complex is solid for college housing, with some minor issues like noise from neighbors. Overall, The Villas on Apache is a good choice, with quick servicing response and good facilities, making it a recommended place to live.

I never had any bad experience. Maintenance and office staff are more than excellent! They’re my second family.

Maintenance is pretty good. They are very friendly, always solves the problem and take self initiative beyond the request to make sure everything is alright. I love that these folks are so determined and involved.
