“On 01/25/2024 I had a clog in my sink, and I contacted my landlord Veronica and she promptly responded to my issue by sending Chris, a maintenance worker. Chris showed up quickly, and handled the issue quickly, with integrity as well. He was polite, and very respectful. He didn’t make a mess like some maintenance people are prone to do and leave it for the resident to clean up. Very well done, with my sincerest gratitude for getting this handled quickly, so I don’t have to put off my errands waiting for someone to show up!”
“I just want to give a shout out to Miguel on the Glen oaks apartments maintenance team I believe he is the supervisor or manager of maintenance. He came in my apartment and fixed my bathroom sink gave me a new faucet and fix the drain everything is running smoothly. Thank you Miguel”
“I have been living at Abode (formerly Arise) for nearly 15 months now. It was quite a rollercoaster in the beginning, to say the least. The pandemic caused many delays and the Community Managers changed faster than Clark Kent changes to Superman. With construction constantly delayed, rental prices teetering up daily and a leasing agent agreeing to meet me for a tour and not showing up, I thought maybe this location wasn't for me. That is, until Laurie Ainza arrived. From the very first email, I could tell she was a lovely person, extremely intelligent and good at her job. Everything she told me was right on the money and she always kept her word. She goes above and beyond for whatever a tenant may need and follows up with you, which is a rare thing these days. There was a moment last year when I thought she may have left this location. I was given nothing but empty promises and no follow ups by the person that had just been put temporarily in charge. It was a night and day difference and really made me consider if I wanted to extend my lease or not. When I saw Laurie was back, my happiness was as deep as the ocean. Work has me travelling abroad often, so I don't spend a lot of time at Abode. It is a quiet place to relax and unwind when I am here, which I enjoy. Laurie and her team keep the grounds immaculate and I could not imagine a sweeter, more lovely person running this place than Laurie. Whether I stay in AZ a few years from now or head elsewhere, I am reluctant to rent again because I don't think you can ever do better than Laurie Ainza as a Community Manager. I'd rather just buy a home than roll the dice at another rental community (read dozens of horror stories). Thank you to Laurie, David and the rest of the Abode team for your wonderful work ethic and care for the tenants. It does not go unnoticed.”

“I could not be happier. I moved to Versante in summer 2023 and so far they have exceeded all my expectations. The staff are very diligent and competent which to me is saying a lot! They are also friendly and remember everything. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool is heated(!) in winter. Maintenance is always completed quickly if needed. The apartments are beautiful.”
“These apartments are beautiful, Frances was absolutely wonderful she got me an apartment within like a week or two. The only downside is you have to do laundry within the apartments. Other than that great place to live. Lots of families and lots of people walking their animals they're extremely friendly and extremely friendly to both cats and dogs ❤️”
“Started doing some repairs on items that where brought to Mgmt.since move in, the staff attending to the repairs have been absolutely professional. My main concern still hasn't been repaired and it's a security manner.”

“i wanted to post about a problem i had this last weekend oct 17 2021. on a sunday morning i had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. i called maintenance at 7:30 am and explained my problem. with in minutes John was at my door. he spent a long time trying to find the source of the leak to no avail. john said he would be back monday morning, at 8am john called and showed up with 2 other maintenance men. the three men worked hard locating the leak and fixed the problem. i also recieved a call from Char in the front office asking how i was doing. i am very grateful to everyone that responded so quickly. i want to acknowledge the men who worked on my problem with so much concern. so i want to thank John, Junior, and Alirio and the front office for making what could have been a nightmare into something less stressful. so thank everyone involvid. krl”
“It was good. The only thing was there were a lot of cockroaches and water bugs which are bigger versions of a roach. Sometimes when it's summer and you go to the pool you might have to be careful because there is a bee stinger and there are bees”
