“The wonderful women in the front office have been so kind and helpful with our application process! We wanted to view the property one more time just to solidify our decision in choosing Versante and they let us take a tour without having an appointment set up and helped us fill out the application paperwork in office. These women have been nothing but kind and accommodating, one of the biggest reasons why we chose to apply here. When we first walked in we were greeted kindly and all of our questions were answered with enthusiasm and understanding. We are so grateful to the people of Versante!”

“Mr. Shannon White is an awesome maintenance worker he gets things done quickly and stays on it, very friendly. I told the other maintenance guy Chris to fix my ceiling when they fixed my AC and it’s been months since he told me he was going to fix it and never came by.”
“First of all i would like to thank broadstone for letting us stay here for a half a year. Coming next year I'll be leaving but to find another broadstone in San Antonio. I would like to still be here and stay in my home i love it here. It's been very quite and peaceful no homeless, and we're finally secured.

“When I called in to get information I was able to speak to Theresa who was very helpful and invited me in for a tour. Since I lost my ID I wasn’t able to tour when I stopped by, Theresa was able to provide more information and she showed me pictures off her computer. She gave me all the information I needed so ex can apply as my co-signor. From the office view I was able to see some of the property and the front pool. It was very clean and inviting. I look forward to my return next week to tour! Thank you Theresa for your patience.”

“I signed up for this lease I dealt with multiple people all of them very friendly the worker I dealt with the most was the property manager Unocka she was so friendly so sweet. And this is my first place I've moved into solo really and she was patient with me she answered all my questions very straightforward very helpful. The community inside is beautiful and everyone inside seems to be very friendly. I'm really excited for the next year at this place. And even being new to a community can be hard even Unocka told me about amazing places in town and everything else as well as great places to eat. Overall it's very friendly and a beautiful place to live :)”
“These are some nice apartments. I have been living here for a year. The staffs here are nice and very helpful. If you looking for any 1-3 bedrooms this is a good place to come. Then on top of that they work with their residents.”
“I lived here for 2 years and I love it here. I would have honestly given it a lower rating due to a previous manager but Ricky, Adiana, and the guy with the dark hair (Mark?) has been completely amazing. The maintenance crew will go above and beyond to make sure your maintenance request is done as quickly as they can get to you. The clubhouse events is awesome and fun!!! The pool party was so much fun with great prizes and great food. The food trucks and ice cream truck will always come by. The dog park could definitely use some work. The noise at night could be annoying (loud motorcycles, people screaming, allowing their dogs to park nonstop) but overall I would definitely recommend living here. The neighbors in this community is like family to me. Please give this place a try.”

“My experience at Vue Park west was amazing!! Not only is the complex located in wonderful location and full of great amenities, but the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Paola our leasing tour guide, was just fantastic. She walked us through everything from top to bottom and really took her time showing us what our future home could look like.
I really appreciated the attention and care we got during the tour. Paola made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking in the area.”

“Praise god the woman of this apts including maintenance were awesome they helped me and my famliy going thru addiction I relapse and lose my famliy it's been 3 weeks but they still tryed and still worked with me 8 had no prob with roaches or management prob or maintenance prb they were a godsend y praise park 67yh it was a good place to call home”

The only problem we encounter is the roach problem, seems like everytime someone new moves in the roaches appear, I would love if they would come an exterminate my place once a month to see if that works?”

Cynthia the Office Manager is always so pleasant and great to communicate with. I was devastated when she left and now I’m happy she is back working for our community. She definitely helps keep it quiet and well kept. Along with the maintenance crew. They are always on top of things. I’m glad Cynthia is back and in the office because the previous people who took over were just terrible! And could never reach anyone! So her being back is a plus! “Working with Wanda was honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I was moving from out of state, and she made the whole process simple and stress-free. She picked up every call, answered all my questions, and walked me through everything step by step. You can tell she genuinely cares about people she made me feel welcome before I even got here.

“i wanted to post about a problem i had this last weekend oct 17 2021. on a sunday morning i had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. i called maintenance at 7:30 am and explained my problem. with in minutes John was at my door. he spent a long time trying to find the source of the leak to no avail. john said he would be back monday morning, at 8am john called and showed up with 2 other maintenance men. the three men worked hard locating the leak and fixed the problem. i also recieved a call from Char in the front office asking how i was doing. i am very grateful to everyone that responded so quickly. i want to acknowledge the men who worked on my problem with so much concern. so i want to thank John, Junior, and Alirio and the front office for making what could have been a nightmare into something less stressful. so thank everyone involvid. krl”
