“Our old dishwasher started leaking out lots of water & displaying an error code Sunday night. Monday AM we started shopping. Spencers gave us the best price on our new Bosch 800. We had Bosch previously and love the quality & reliability. Delivery was arranged for the very next day! The delivery/install man was very polite & efficient. It was an impressive store but easy to get overwhelmed if not helped out when you start going there.
I’m new to learning to quilt and their shop is impressive in size and amount of stuff they have but I wondered around for awhile lost. I saw employees talking with each other but not one person came up to me and asked if I needed help. I was one of the few people shopping in the store.
I bought a little fabric and tried to engage woman cutting fabric in conversation on how I was new and she never said anything to me but carried on her conversation with co workers.
I felt invisible there. I’ve visited a smaller store and gotten questions answered.
It’s a shame if it’s not bringing and helping new customers”

Items were as advertised (3 faucets in excellent condition). The store was very clean and organized with a great variety of products, very easy to shop. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sandra checked me out and got a great deal!!! Thank you will be back soon for another great deal ?”

“I was in the store earlier today and I left my wallet between the stress of my a/c not working and rushing to try and fix it I forgot it and the gentleman that was working drove 20 minutes straight to my house after the store closed to return it to me personally. There are still honest people out there and I am so thankful. I will never shop anywhere else for any future repairs.

“I had a new bathroom installed hy home depot contractor REBATH. Jim from Rebath didbmy sales presentation. At first i was a little shocked ?@ the price but then when i saw what i was getting I loved it. Arron Philips was by Rebath tech and he did an outstanding job. The sceduling team for Rebath was outstanding. If i could give them 7 stars I Would. Grade A +. My new kitchen install A+++++ Never have I sern a cabinet installed a good as my was. The best cabinet maker and installer i have ever Encountered. Grade A++++. Home depot design team. Kevin Marin and Bailey fro store #9969 were my team. Kevin is is ecceptional Always staying on tip if everything. He communicated With me weekly to ensure everything was in track. My store #9969 Bailey ordered all my appliciances and helped me with everything for my kitchen. She was always Available to answer any questions and shekeep me updated on a any of my concerns Her department and store Manager both were best in retail class. This store is always well organized and clean and tge customer sevice was exceptional. Hone services Grad we A+++× . Kurt from home drpit home serviuces did an exceptional as dud Hector from cintractor Delta Mechanixal on my sink and facet install. Thanks to the Home depit team.”

“This Home Depot has an excellent Garden area with tons of beautiful plants and flowers! So many people overlook this area of a Home Depot but if you are into gardening at all you must stop by Home Depot and take a look at the selection of vegetation they have to offer for both indoor and outdoor! Their prices are fair as well and they seem to have quite a few sales going on all the time.”

“I wanted to highlight and give a shout-out to Tim. I found him in the plumbing aisle. He walked up and asked if I needed help, and I explained my situation to him. He took the time to basically rebuild my plumbing situation on the floor and showed me exactly how and what I needed to do to repair my current problem, complete with what products and how to use them. That was a few weeks ago but I felt this kind of customer service needs recognized.”
