I had a "Rug Doctor" repaired with a new pump and they added a general tune up and cleaning such that it was returned like a new unit, Cleaned and Polished. Scott is the best, offering a service and character we don't often see in the retail world in aftercare. I have used them for several repairs over many decades now. They are the best”

“This was purchased on a great sale, so it is a very good value. We just had it delivered and installed today, so we are only on our second laundry load. So far, everything works wonderfully. It does make different noises than our old one, but I don't think it is really louder than our older Maytag washer. I wouldn't call it quiet, but it doesn't bother me. It seems very efficient in its use of water, and the clothes come out smelling and looking clean. We love not having an agitator. We can now wash large blankets, sleeping bags, etc., without them getting tangled up in the agitator or ripped by it. The whole experience with Spencer's TV and Appliance has been excellent, and this washing machine is simple to operate and has all of the features we want or need.”

They were willing to do a delivery at end of day just so I had a couch. The prices on these beautiful signature pieces were such a steal. I didn't pass for two reasons one of which was the way it was manufactured and needed modified, the other a leak. I pulled my trailer up to the store and Ernie made my issue his own and ran around the store to build out what I needed! Thank you. Outstanding customer service.”

Found this site and they are the only place I found that carries the traditional pad retainers. Ordered over the weekend and came extremely fast and work great!”

“I ended up being referred by Home Depot. It's no very close to my house but I was glad I went. Jose worked for quite some time trying to find me the pieces I needed, in the finishes I wanted. He was very patient and kept looking and looking. The next day I called him and he remembered me (probably because I didn't see one female customer in the store and I brought all my pieces and dumped them on the counter). I went to pick everything up the next day and the order was ready and accurate. I will be returning. NOTE: for plumbers, they have MASSIVE waste management containers in the back and they allow you to dump your broken hot water heaters. Nice service!”

“Bought a stainless steel grill as was recommended 3 years ago, and the piece of junk $3k worth warped. I never forgot or left the grill on burning for hours. The tray that holds the clay bricks falls on the burners, called BBQ, galore was told stainless does that . I wanted to update my review. Chris, the store manager, reached out and sent a repair man to fix the grill. Antonio was able to fix the issue, and I am back in business. Antonio stated that in all his years working, he had never seen a grill warp like mine. Thank you”
