“We have been customers of Best Home Appliance for 15 years, both professionally and for our own home. My purchasing motto has always been to buy a product that is well behaved, (works without issues) and meets the expected lifespan. With that, we have come to rely on Randy and his cohorts at the Tatum location. Between the three of them, there are decades, if not centuries of knowledge in all things appliance related. We have come to trust that we are getting the best price on what we are buying. Professionally, I have referred Builders, Clients and homeowners to Best Home for years. I know that anyone I send to the store will be treated fairly and given the same experience we have come to expect. In the wild times we've experienced in the last few years, the one thing that has remained consistent is the sales team at Best Home. When Subzero's were 12 months plus out from delivery, they were able to navigate that challenge and deliver. Other stores will make promises and offer flashy sales gimmicks, but at the end of the day customers want value and good customer service.”

“Vacuum dealers are a dwindling resource in the Valley, especially if you want a buy-it-for-life model, so it’s great that ABC is still around and such a great option. Whatever consumables or accessories you want for a Sebo or Miele, they’ve got it in store. Bissell on the fritz? They probably have your belt or valve in stock so you can get back to carpet cleaning today.”

“They have a wonderful selection of belts for your vacuum. Even if your vacuum is 23 years old, they will have the belt! They have great sewing classes and a wonderful selection of sewing machines and notions. However, their selection of fabric isn't so great if you're doing anything besides quilting. Quilting is their specialty! There is plenty of parking and the prices are reasonable as well.”
