“I hired a A “mechanic” in my neighborhood I had a bad leaking fuel pump so I bought a new fuel pump and he installed it and still didn’t fix anything on my car claimed it was other things and now car wouldn’t start..I brought it to Inos Auto Service within 30min I received a call and diagnostics. A bad broken fuel pump that was replaced by that (mechanic) . The Car was ready by next morning would highly recommend them to anyone. Really fair with prices and very friendly. “They saved me over 2,000 dollars! I went to Firestone on Indian School road and they wanted to charge 2k to fix my catalytic converters. Thankfully they didn't have the tools to remove my muffler. I went to Muffles Masters and they told me I didn't need any catalytic converters. They referred me to, Global auto Repair and they fixed my speed sensor for 103 dollars. They also told me I didn't need any converters. My car has been running great since.”

“I did not have any services done by this company. My review is strictly based on the selfless and kind actions I saw by one of their own drivers while in a car at a stoplight today. The temps are in the 115-117 degree range. And a homeless man was walking in the crosswalk with an empty water bottle and severely battling the heat. While I didn’t have anything to offer the guy, an employee from Inland handed the guy a fresh water bottle. It was the nicest gesture of human kindness I had seen in a while, and I wanted to ensure that this employee was somehow recognized.You don’t see actions like this too often, so I made sure to make note of the company vehicle (Inland) with the code on the side of the truck PT285-4.If this employees actions are any indication of having the right people representing your company, then I don’t know what is. I was beyond floored by the actions in helping the guy in this heat.Thank you Zack at Inland for taking my call and allowing me to share my story today. I appreciate it. “Before u read the rest i would like to say that i spoke with austin and ryan in shop helped me out tremendously by showing me what was really going on and made everything make sense and reason for charges. I am now a happy coustmer and will def be returning after the service i have received from these 2 gentlemen.Brought truck in for a check-up. Denied the work they wanted to do but still charged 1426. One charge for over 400 all he did was check codes and shift lever. But did all kinds of stuff on coolant system and only charged me 234. Something seems fishy. And truck is under 500k so warranty still in effect. And not to mention been here over 2 hrs just for paperwork guy behind counter was nice sad he is only one here on a Sat and has to deal with this. But Ryan shop foreman came and explained everything to me great person and helped out ALOT he gets 5 stars for sure sounded like he knew his stuff very knowledgeable”
