“Went there to see about some warranty work to be done. Was supposed to meet with the manager Farrel but he had to leave early with some personal business. So i meet up with the production manager, can't remember his name, he looked at the warranty issue and said no problem they would cover it, but he also saw some unrelated damage and was pushing to do that work as well, sorry production manager just the warranty work. So now the back story to show the integrity of this company. My truck was involved in an accident in 2011 the company that fixed it was Auto Body World, Crash Campions bought ABW and the life time warranty on their workmanship and paint, because after 15 years I had a few spots where the paint is flaking, and they stepped up and agreed to fix it! It's nice to see a company that has this kind of integrity! And if by chance you get to see Monte, give him a nice hello, the culture that he teaches is top notch.”
“Despite being broken down the woman at the service desk is an absolute gem Moe is her name she's a huge help getting checked in and also super funny which takes your mind of why you're actually there they also have a really nice drivers lounge with a quiet room. If I had to pick a spot to break down again this would be it”

“As with any repair shop, I originally was nervous about leaving my 2017 Raptor here for repairs, the dealership I brought it to was overcharging me and quoting me for stuff I didn't need. I gave my truck to Joe and put my trust in him and not only was her super communicative and helpful, he proved why his 25+ years of experience and trust was still going strong. He gave me not only a great and affordable price, but he actually solved the problems I was having, taught me about them, and showed me proof of everything going on vs what the dealership was trying to have me do for no reason. B&M completely took care of me and made my experience not only feel personable, but like I mattered as a customer. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I have found my mechanic I will be coming to from here on out permanently. Great prices, great service, trustful repairs, if you are having an issue with your vehicle and are on the fence about where to bring it for repair, this is the place.”
