“I can’t say enough to thank the team and crew at this Napa Auto parts. They helped out a guy in need. I had my alternator go out, but had a Costco battery in my truck. Costco was across the street. They let my wife sit in their break room while they loaned me some tools to remove my battery and then they drove me across the street and waited for me to get the battery swapped out. Who does this? I told them I could walk, but it was 105 degrees outside. They let me borrow tools to put the battery back in. They also helped test to see what was wrong. Yep. Dead alternator. We were an hour from home.
Thank you for helping a family out. We had sent our kids in a separate car. So they made it to California. We hope to be there to join them today. Thank you for your service and act of kindness. The car rental company picked me up. I was told the car would take about 7 day but it was done a day early! I received text updates on the progress from the assigned rep. My car came out looking beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this shop!! Thank you for the amazing service!”
