“As with any repair shop, I originally was nervous about leaving my 2017 Raptor here for repairs, the dealership I brought it to was overcharging me and quoting me for stuff I didn't need. I gave my truck to Joe and put my trust in him and not only was her super communicative and helpful, he proved why his 25+ years of experience and trust was still going strong. He gave me not only a great and affordable price, but he actually solved the problems I was having, taught me about them, and showed me proof of everything going on vs what the dealership was trying to have me do for no reason. B&M completely took care of me and made my experience not only feel personable, but like I mattered as a customer. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I have found my mechanic I will be coming to from here on out permanently.
