“Recently purchased a BRZ here. The deal was good and the people were nice and helpful. The problem starts with the car itself. While I didn’t mind it having a cat back exhaust. It did sound like it had an exhaust leak. Then the car was equipped with aftermarket tail/headlights. Not a big deal except the DRL’s on the headlights didn’t work. And what really hit was that the check engine light turned on and disabled traction control. I found out it was a running lean and after a look some parts of the intake were loose but the code still showed. They were certain that there inspection came out fine but I don’t believe they even put in effort. At this moment the car is with Subaru service to find out if it’s a leak or something severe. If you’re from here I recommend you get a 3rd party inspection before buying.
Update: intake was the issue and repaired, I also had Subaru check for other things and Checked out. And they also checked up on me. Car was equipped with a warranty.”

I have been hit in parking lots twice in the past six months, and the experience between these two accidents is night and day.
The first time I was hit, I was sent to a different shop here in town. It was a huge hassle from the very first call! I went in for an assessment and then heard nothing for a month. I was working with insurance, so I kept calling and calling. It turns out that guy left the company and my file got lost. Then, I was scheduled and they told me to wait in the lobby because it was a quick fix. After waiting for a few hours they came out and said the wrong part had been ordered. I came back a third time and finally it was fixed…two months after the accident and hours on the phone.
When I got hit a second time, I was bracing myself for another drawn out process. I figured that these small accidents just aren’t worth a shop’s time so they treat you accordingly. I could not have been more wrong. A&D was the exact opposite of what I had experienced at the other shop! They got me in right away, coordinated a rental car pickup, finished earlier than expected, detailed my car, and did a flawless job. When I came to pick up my car, they even coordinated getting my rental returned.
Everything was done in 3 days!! I am shocked and SO grateful! They made what should have been a hassle absolutely painless! Thank you!!”
“I really really like this shop! They’ve saved me hundreds of dollars by now, between both of our cars. I haven’t bought new tires for about 3 years now because the used tires they sell here are in great condition and they let you pick them out based on your wheel size.
On the visit this week I had a low tire for the past few days so I decided to take my truck in so they can check out why it’s not holding the air. There was a nail I couldn’t see because it stabbed the opposite side of the tire and it was a really small nail. I would have never found it without taking the tire off. Thankfully, the guys at the shop here were able to locate the nail and patch me up! They’re so fast and have very reasonable prices on their tires. The patch cost me $18 and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes.”
