“I should have left this review a while ago. I've had several issues with both my car and my girlfriends. I take her car in for her because a) she's busy and b) mechanic shops try to take advantage of her because she doesn't know anything about cars.I have found their prices are VERY competitive (I am a shopper and I found they were consistently the lowest so I'll save you time). There were also different things I took my car in for that they could have up-charged me on, like fixing the metal plate on the bottom of my car falling off and they only charged me $20.They have a small, modest shop but I would rather go here 10/10 times then any squeaky clean corporate mechanic shop. Most importantly, they are honest, good people who actually have ethics. If you have a bigger issue with your car, they'll tell you and explain to you what's causing it (or what the possible problems could be if they're not sure) and then let you make the decision based on what the options are. They don't oversell and they don't lie.Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere that has integrity, where you'll get charged fair prices, and you know you're supporting a local family business.”

“We had an automotive shop that we’d normally take our vehicles too however each and every time the vehicles would go back due to the repairs not being done correctly the first time so I just took my F-150 to Christian Brothers for the first time the general manager was exceptionally informative and understood what I needed to have done which was the upper radiator hose overall everything went better than expected the truck was set to be done the following day however they had it done the same day I dropped it off which I wasn’t expecting going forward we will be taking all 3 of our vehicles there they’ve certainly gained a new customer.”

This is something I’ve been struggling to find and fix for three weeks and after replacing a number of parts and it still wasn’t resolved I called them, everybody I talked with either on the phone or in person was so nice and respectful and helpful to explain everything to me. “I've had them work on my HVAC twice now. The first time my drip pan had rusted out and needed replacing. He put in a new plastic pan, new supports, and added some gradient to it so it drains faster. Did a great job, and didn't try to sell me on anything else. The second time was a renter who called complaining the unit was noisy and making a banging sound. This is an older AC unit, but it's a Trane and it's solid. I am pretty sure most HVAC outfits would have tried to tell me that it was just worn out and needed to be replaced. Rob went and looked at it, and the outside condenser was full of dog hair. His diagnoses was that it was making the unit run hotter than normal and raising the internal pressure at the compressor, resulting in the banging sound when it shut down. He cleaned it thoroughly, tested it, sent me pics, and his bill was super reasonable. He's been trustworthy, fast, and done great work.”
“I had been throwing codes in my Mustang and after a few back-and-forths with my regular auto repair shop it was determined that the custom exhaust I had installed about 7 years ago was leaking, so that was the next step in the process to address.My regular shop recommended Muffler Masters of Avondale and first off these guys are right down the road from the shop and I work in Scottsdale, so they were kind enough to ride up the road and get the car. Just an awesome gesture that while wasn't a big deal for them saved me a ton of headache and time being I was across town.I am embarrassed that I can't remember his name but the gentlemen who called me about the car was over-the-top fantastic, listened to what the issues were, and recommended to me several options with pros and cons at a level I can understand being less than an expert on exhaust and auto mechanics in general. He quoted me the price points for each option, I made a choice, and he called me when the job was done. When he called back, he was conscientious enough to mention that he noticed the existing cats were hollowed out (part of the job was replacing both cats), which made sense as a prior shop was going to replace them but then flaked. Point being, at face value it appeared that I might be running too much fuel and heat that was burning them up so the guy cared enough to mention it. I picked up the car, paid the exact amount that was quoted to me, and then back to the shop to replace a sensor. Shop confirmed exhaust no longer leaked and after the sensor replacement the car has been happy and no codes.If anyone needs any exhaust work Muffler Masters of Avondale is THE place to go, period.Thanks for the great experience guys, greatly appreciate it!”
