Convenience Stores in Tolleson, AZ

“This is a tough location to maintain in every possible way with the clientele being so diverse, and the location being in the center of multiple industries, small communities, and a high-traffic area. I know only of the restaurant business, but I can only imagine how difficult it is to manage a convenient store of this capacity, in this area.

Though I can empathize, I steered clear of this QT because of all the 'opportunities' it needed to address. Thaw was, until last week when I HAD to stop there for breakfast as the QT location close to me was out of my biscuits and gravy.

WOW! What an impressive improvement from last time I visited, months ago. I called to ask about my order and was treated like a first class companion. Once at the location, it continued. The manager, Francisco, was all smiles and extremely friendly. The staff followed suite. It seemed to be an all-new crew and with it I felt a more energetic, friendly, and speedy vibe throughout.

Inside and outside were also much cleaner. Again, I know it's gotta be difficult to keep that location clean, but it's definitely getting there.

I've since been back every day, because I feel the 'happy' in the atmosphere and I'm... proud (for lack of a better word) of the positive changes I see. It deserves a mention, praise, and my business.

Francisco, in particular, has earned my respect. I see him working hard, which is nice to see. But most importantly, I see him treat everyone with the same courtesy and kindness. I'm a person who many times purchases items for the homeless and I'm often met with the staff being rude to 'them' or telling them to leave the store. It breaks my heart because these are humans with beating hearts that are already dealing with enough judgment. Seeing Francisco and his staff treat 'them' the same as he treats myself and other patriots... it makes me want to market and advertise for QT at 99th and Van Buren!

I will continue passing by the 2 QT's that are within 3 blocks of me and driving 2 miles to this location, because they have earned my business, they deserve it, and I want to witness first-hand the positive changes happening daily.

Great job, Francisco and team!!!

P.S. I don't know how they do it as I'm sure it's the same recipe as every other QT... but they're biscuits and gravy are the best! It's probably the 'love energy' all around. (Yes, I'm a dork. And? 😋)”

“Location 1025 N 99th ave tolleson 85353

When you step into the Circle K, you're not just entering a convenience store; you're entering Debbie's domain, and it's a masterclass in customer service. This isn't hyperbole; it's an Academy Award-worthy performance every single shift.
Debbie is a force of nature, effortlessly multitasking with a smile and a quick wit that keeps everyone entertained. You'll see her seamlessly transition from running the register to expertly guiding customers through the kiosk, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor. She has an uncanny ability to juggle multiple customers at once, making everyone feel seen and served without a hint of stress.
But Debbie's excellence extends far beyond the transactional. She's a true professional who pays meticulous attention to detail. Dusty countertops? Not on her watch. She's constantly tidying and cleaning, ensuring the store always looks its best. The coffee area, often a disaster zone in other stores, is pristine under her care. Creamer dispensers are always full, and the overflow tray is impeccably clean – a stark contrast to what you might find elsewhere.
What truly sets Debbie apart is the comfort and confidence she instills. You know when she's on duty, your coffee will be perfect, and the store will be immaculate. Even the most undesirable tasks, like cleaning restrooms, are handled with immediate efficiency because she's constantly on top of everything. Debbie doesn't just work at Circle K; she orchestrates it, delivering an unparalleled experience that makes you want to come back again and again.”

“Talk about awesome customer service! Their competitor was my previous pharmacy. They failed so many ways. I walked in to this location not feeling well and very impatient. They were so kind, explained the process and took my info separately to keep an eye out for my prescription. They had it filled in no time flat! I couldn't be happier with my switch!”

“My appt is at 3 am, I entered the gate at 2:30 am and checked in at 3 am and was out in 2 hrs at 5 am . Normal unloading time for most warehouses with multiple trucks at docks .

“First off my apologies for not knowing the names of the employees I'm referring too. On a very positive note there's a Hispanic gentleman who works the graveyard shift and he is one of the most pleasant respectful sincere people Ive ever had in any customer service scenario.he gets 5+ stars. Now for the negative which I don't usually do, mainly because I give people the benefit of the doubt. I know customer service has it's ups and downs from 18 years of experience as a team member as well as a manager. Everybody has bad days. I shouldn't be able to tell, youre payed to give customer service, not treat me like I'm an inconvenience o worser trash. again I apologize for not knowing her name, she's an older Caucasian lady with white hair and glasses. Honestly I'm always so blown away by how rude she is I leave probably looking like a deer in the headlights. This isn't one experience it's everytime she cashes me out. I know this area is rough but I'm always courteous, saying thank you and even going as far as asking her how her day is.and what I get in return is uncalled for and unprovoked. I see her with other patrons and it's like jeckle and Hyde. Tonight she crossed the line. A had $2 scratch to redeem and $11 or so in change which I apologized for it was mostly quarters. She snatched it off the counter and dumps it on the counter and throws the plastic bag at me all the while telling me From now on I needed to bring change in rolls because they don't need all that change, she counts the change out 3 times each time telling us in a condisending tone it's not enough. I told her each time calmly that the scratch ticket was $2 so she finally snatched the ticket rolled her eyes stormed off to check it. She comes back and puts a handful of roll papers and says this is for next time I said thank you and took them, she shoves our change toward us and says what you don't want any more tickets and mv Mom said no we won't be back that's for sure. She has a huge chip on her shoulder. In my opinion she should be let go because I can't be the only person to experience this. There's to many people who need Jobs that have customer service skills she would be a better fit as a bartender at a dive bar not Circle k. I I will only come in if the night gentleman I spoke of is in. I'll be sure to get his name next time I'm in. I'll never subject myself to her again. Would really appreciate a response please. Sincerely John and Martha.”
