“I rarely write a review but I wanted to share my thoughts regarding the new ownership under Trojan Storage. The onsite staff members are so nice. both Alec and Dolores work as a team work and are very helpful. Under the previous ownership it was difficult to find someone (anyone) to answer a basic question.? Trojan is the new management company and they’re doing one heck of a job earning customer loyalty and recently upgraded the entire facility to keyless storage entry. if you are a new customer don’t forget to ask Delores or Alec about your discount.”
“Mesa Cold Storage employees are helpful, respectful and nice. They make appts., so do not be late. Will take early, if they're not busy. I checked in at 2000, docked at 2015, left at 2045. My trlr was sealed by shipper, so I wasn't allowed to inspect load. When I opened doors to unload here, I could see at least two broken pallets. Mesa didn't leave more than a handful of pallet scrap in the trlr. They have a drivers lounge on site with vending and facilities. Didn't have any trouble parking on street for (I was really early) six hrs, even though there are signs stating no parking.”
“Great service from PODS with our move from Nebraska to Arizona. Delivery and Pick Up ran perfectly and recommended helpers to load and unload made the whole experience stress free> If I ever move again they will be my first call!”
