“We had our Daughters Quincianera there on 11-29-25 and we can not say enough of the Venue, all their staff, Security, Bartender, waiters, set up and take down , choreographer Assistants , especially Joselyn and the owner Juan Antonio, they were the most professional, attentive, detailed and helpful staff we've seen , we had family attend from, California, Nevada, Utah, Texas and Mexico and they were all extremely impressed with everything pertaining to Orabella's Banquet Hall, they will always be highly recommend to everyone!! “Great hotel right in the heart of the Sports and entertainment district. There are tons or great restaurants near by, our family dined at Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse and Bruster's Ice Cream while there. All within the hotel's free 2 mile radius shuttle service that will take you anywhere and bring you back. They also have coupons for 10% off at Texas Roadhouse and other surrounding restaurants. Bass Pro shop is right across the street, the Cardinals stadium is only a couple miles away and Top Golf is close by too. Our room had a separate bedroom from the main suite room, a full kitchen with sink, dishes, dishwasher, electric stove top, and full size fridge/freezer, free WiFi. The pool is VERY large, if not, the biggest hotel pool in the area complete with waterfall, large jacuzzi/hot tub, cozy cabanas, towel service, and fire pit for night time. The staff was extremely helpful and insightful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We'll DEFINITELY be back.”

“Overall the amphitheater is great, good sized, and offers plenty of differing vendors. The biggest issue was the parking as it seemed there were not enough spots. The attendants did the best they could to guide people to parking alongside the roads, it was a nightmare getting out.”

“Had daughters 5th birthday party here. The staff was helpful and the pizza was actually really delicious. It wasn't too crowded and it was definitely age appropriate. The bathrooms were sooooo clean! You cant wear shoes in there so wear socks. I don't like that there are unlimited refills on the drinks but staff has to give it to you and the pizza wasn't fully sliced because they lost the cutter and had to use a knife. Also only having the party room for 1 hours was wildly inconvenient and I felt a little rushed to get food and cake done because you cant eat your cake at the tables outside the rooms. They did provide decorations but they allowed me to bring my own and decorate how i wanted.However, I would definitely return.”

“The staff here was amazing. I was recording the 15 girl while the staff guy with a hair bun or whatever was passing cake and he asked me too. I asked him if he could leave it in my spot on the table and did. Such a gentleman. The food here was also very good. And the staff here had no problem and were very polite. They even have fans to get air.”
“I play on the APA pool league, since the remodeling is almost complete the bar area and food is much improved. We are getting our tables redone and later the floors in the pool area will be finished. On league nights it is packed. The only issue is the parking lot, sometimes finding a place to park is difficult and it's not in the safest place.”

“Great place to take your little ones to play. Priced right for 2 hrs of play ($15) friendly staff & easy to drive too. My 2.5 yr old enjoys playing here. There are different store front areas to play in; Cafe, gas/car area, vet, books/beauty and more. My only complaint is that some areas need replenished so there's more to play with. I plan on getting the monthly membership and enjoying little time!”
“I recently was part of a committee to plan a formal dinner for my church. This event needed to be center of our congregations, so we picked Phoenix, AZ! If you aren't familiar with Glendale... it can be rough. So we were surprised to find La Princesa! On the outside, it comes off as run down, but inside - WOW, it was beautiful! We had a guest list of 150. The table decorations and plating was absolutely gorgeous and looked over the top formal than what we expected! The vendors were able to set up early as the planning committee I worked with settled in. My husband and I were the emcees for the night, so we got to see the entire event. All the attendees really liked the food, and all extra was packaged for us to bring home! They also had security onsite inside AND OUTSIDE during the event. The one inside was very attentive, because at one point he turned on an additional ceiling fan. The process was seamless with Doug. Him and his team did an amazing job for us! They have two other locations throughout Phoenix, so we hope to book with them again!”

“What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean inside the drawers and hair in bathtub. There were many stains, tears and rips throughout the hotel. Seemed as thought the gym was the cleanest part of the hotel. The outdoor areas were covered in cigarette butts and ash and the common areas weren’t very conducive.”

“Had my Twins Sweet 16 here. All I can say is the hall was very beautiful and clean. Julie was awesome. She was always there to answer any questions and was very helpful. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I had a wonderful experience. Most importantly my twins had the best day. I would definitely recommend this hall to anyone and I will definitely be using them for any future events I have.”
“I had a good time. I went for the Karting which was fun but the wait to ride on a friday was 2 hours..However I really enjoyed the virtual reality group games the most..get the pass off Groupon for the karting plus 3 events will save you alot of money”
“I take my class to Tolmachoff’s farm every year for a field trip. They are absolutely amazing, and provide the kids with a great learning experience. We get to pick vegetables, take a train ride, walk through a corn maze, see animals and learn all kinds of farming facts. Thank you Tolmachoff for a great experience. ? ? ? ?”

“Beautiful reception hall. Food was delicious. The only downside, they stated the venue was at capacity at 300 when our adult kids went to put something in their car they would not let them back in, even though they were part of the 300 and had a chair at our table. The male manager would not listen, we tried to explaining they have been here and were not new guest.”

“It was very very clean... Can smell the cleaner when opened the room door ? breakfast was decent, could have been kept a little warmer though. People enjoy the common/group areas in the evening. The outdoor area was especially nice. Staff was very very friendly. Is a pretty upbeat place to stop and relax from the road.Noteworthy details: Parking is in the back...gps isn't exact due to construction in the area”
