While pricing may not match big box stores, it is a handy and convenient location for those who live close. The store is committed to being "the Helpful Place." The staff is consistently super friendly, very knowledgeable, and provides personal service. Customers report receiving excellent help from experts who know what they are talking about, offering solutions and pointing people in the right direction. This includes exceptional service in the hardware department, with assistance on myriad projects, locks, keys, and screens. The customer service is frequently described as above and beyond, with staff taking extra care to ensure customer needs are met, even cutting materials to size as needed.
