I didn’t catch his name, but the guy with the jumping spider on his name badge is always the most helpful every time we come in! Great attitude and always has an answer for whatever we need help with :)

We had a great experience getting a key replaced. Jay shared advice and tips and was quite helpful. The other employee was nice as well. Great customer service, we'll be back to this Ace for all our hardware needs.
