Affordable Sales & Rentals, located in northern Tucson, AZ, is a comprehensive destination for rent-to-own furniture, electronics, gaming systems, and appliances. The business prides itself on not running credit checks, avoiding hidden fees, and offering manageable payment plans, making it a popular choice for customers seeking affordable options. The store features a wide selection of items, including sectionals, loveseats, beds, mattresses, and appliances like refrigerators and washers. Customers have praised the friendly staff and exceptional customer service, with many expressing satisfaction with their purchases. The team is known for their timely responses and willingness to assist with any issues. One customer highlighted how quickly the staff addressed concerns about a couch, showcasing the company's commitment to service. However, some reviews indicate areas for improvement. A customer experienced miscommunication regarding a washer order, receiving a used machine instead of a new one as requested, which led to frustration. Despite this, the customer acknowledged the overall good service received over four years of business. Affordable Sales & Rentals remains a recommended choice for those looking for quality furniture and home appliances, with a focus on customer satisfaction and affordability.
