“Man..! I rarely do this but I just walked into Floor & Decor to replace some tile. It had been years and I had already thrown out the replacement and had trouble finding the tile I had bought, but Michael D. in the stone department walked over and asked if I needed help.
I shared my issue and a picture of it, and even though the tile was no longer being sold he pulled up my account to unprompted to certify that it was this other tile we were looking at that replaced it.
I was incredibly impressed and grateful.
I came so unprepared and with so little information and he was quick and to the point getting me what I needed above and beyond.

“I recently surprised my friends with a trip to Santa Theresa Tile Works to make some mosaics. What an amazing experience, from start to finish!
Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted and given a small tour of what magic happens there. Afterwards, we were shown a variety of settings to choose from (wood and metal frames, hooks, tables, etc.), the wide assortment of painted tiles to work with, as well as a couple of options for workspaces. While we worked on our mosaics, the staff checked in every once in a while to see how things were going, and they were available if we had questions. We didn't feel rushed!
When we finished our mosaics, we were given the option to do our own grouting at home (grout included with price of setting) or they would do it for free and we could come back and pick it up when it was done. We opted for them to do our grouting!
I got a call that they were done, just a few days later! The mosaics looked AMAZING! Such a cool experience and would definitely recommend going to Santa Theresa Tile Works!”

This Large Southwestern store hosts a variety of furnishings, decor, jewelry, clothing and more. I was quickly greeted by an employee and was assisted when needed. I purchased to hand made dinner plates, hand blown glass margarita glasses, napkins and holders. There is also a small gallery of artwork on the second floor. You must access the gallery it via stairs. Plenty of variety and hand made furnishings, however they were out of my price range. Furnishings vary from chairs, kitchen tables, bed headboards, and tables, and more. Most were very large in size. The employees were very willing to answer my questions. Would recommend to others.”

“I highly recommend Lazy Boy for the Most Comfortable chairs and other furniture and room decor. I walked into Lazy-Boy with the goal of finding comfortable reclining chairs and maybe decorating the living room the chairs would be in. I met Trystin C. at the door. She was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I explained to her my needs. She found the Chair I bought in less than 5 minutes. She showed me others, but I was set on the first one I saw. I then explained I wanted to use the Lazy Boy Interior Designer (Jennifer M.) to complete my living room. Jenn was also very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I wasn't completely satisfied with the setup of the furniture by the delivery guys even though they tried but they were pressed for time with a day’s worth of deliveries ahead of them. I told Trystin/Jenn and Jenn came out to my house with a floor tech to adjust my furniture location to my liking. I highly recommend Lazy Boy for furniture (they have other furniture other than recliners) AND their Interior Designing Skills.”
“Can't go wrong in Hobby Lobby no matter what the season. I went in just to buy safety pins and a sewing kit. The sales clerks always just scan the circular coupons. So my $6 purchase only cost me 2 dollars plus tax!!”

“I came here a few years back and got all of my furniture through them and I still have it to this day. Moved to a different state and years later the couches are still like new. Wish they had a location in LA this is a great place for anyone in Tucson wanting a second chance to finance. Great customer service too. They remember you for years to come!”
