Many of us were already members of BASHAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION when FIRST CREDIT UNION took over our accounts.
Commuting from suburbs on the east side takes 20 to 35 minutes on average. Some people are on the south side in the Sunnyside Township, and Green Valley city. Others are in The Northern suburbs like Oro Valley and Catalina Foothills. We appreciate you coming here after BASHAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION closed her locations.”

“Jonnell Molera accommodated me and my wife on Saturday and accomplished through great effort in a lot of time in increasing our Visa credit limit from 5000 to 15,000 and even at a lower interest rate. We are so appreciative and delighted, because we have only three years ago began to build our credit in the United States.
Highly recommend you call and set up an appointment with Jonnell. You won’t be disappointed. On the contrary, you’ll get great service with a smile, patience, and education on credit issues and many other things related to credit unions. We love this credit union been here since 1978! Awesome credit union all the employees are so friendly and helpful, but especially Jonnell. We would give 10 stars, but they only allow five So five stars for Hughes, Federal, credit Union, and Jonnell Molera.”

Each time I received superior service from the staff including the Branch Manager who had to approve the cashier’s check because of the size. I have a few different banks I use for random reasons and the others are so corporate (can never get someone on the phone, appointments are always like a week out, etc). “I believe this is the best bank in Tucson Arizona. The staff here always treats the customer with the highest level of respect and courtesy. Northern Trust is a top-tier bank and reminds me of the days when customers were appreciated. Something you do not see in most banks today. I have not found this level of service in a bank in a very long time. Jeanie Moga has been nothing but helpful setting up accounts for many members of my family. She has always been there regarding any questions or concerns, and on top of it, she is an excellent person to work with! If you are looking for a top-tier bank where you will feel appreciated, then look no further!”

I can open accounts, move money between accounts, bill pay - everything.All I can say about the bad reviews is this: either you paid fees because you incurred them (they warn you when you open an account), or you were rude or obnoxious to deal with. I don't know what else to say.I've banked here over six years. I had horrible experiences with Wells Fargo, even credit unions. But never once with First Convenience.As to change, it's not a regular bank in that there's no huge vault with $20k in it. They probably have the same change as any Walmart cashier. Give them a break.”
