“I'm a medical student visiting Tucson for my externship and during the road trip I got a huge crack in my windshield that needed to get replaced ASAP. I called a bunch of places in Tucson and Matrix Auto Glass gave me the best price and on top of it they even offered to pick up my car for me at no extra charge! Charlie is the owner and it's a local family owned business consisting of him, his son and his son-in-law and they have over 35 years in the automotive industry. Charlie is so sweet and friendly and gave me the best service I've ever had at an auto shop. They fixed my car and picked it up within 1.5 hours. I highly highly recommend this place as you won't receive better service and friendly customer service anywhere else. He did great work putting in a custom skylight filter which greatly reduced the glare in our kitchen – we we will certainly be going back to him. “I really don't write Google reviews because if they're great then they look fake and if they're bad then they look like an outlier. But I am doing so here because Tony's exceeded every expectation that I had. Why? Because they were SOOOO much better than my past experiences using Safelite. Here is why: 1. Because they were able to schedule me for service the next day. 2. Because they didn't auto-reschedule me for a different day (not of my choosing) without notice or warning. 3. Because their customer service answers a phone (and yes, it is a "HUMAN" and not a bot). 4. Because their prices were SOOOO much lower. 5. Because they actually had the windshield on the date they said they would AND it actually fit the car. 6. Because they worked through the pains of dealing with the insurance company (so I didn't have to). And on top of all of that, they said that it would take two hours to complete the replacement, but it actually only took an hour and a half (while I waited). Speed, Ease, Convenience, Quality and at a price that you can afford? I wouldn't believe this review if I read it, so do yourself a favor and give these folks a call before going down the frustrating road paved by Safelite. I am gladd that I did!”
