So yesterday when I thought my power supply was failing 3 weeks after redeploying a work PC for home use, I called them and asked, if I brought it in, could they diagnose right away? Long story short, they were fast, through, and very reasonable. And, it turned out all it was a loose connection. But they didn't repair parts needlessly to make money. “Came in today at 530pm, so it was less crowded. 1h before that, I was on the phone with Apple Support to put in an urgent order for the iPhone 17 Pro Max (1TB, silver) to be picked up as a gift for my friend. The iPhone product got paid over the phone and I headed to the Apple Store La Encantada.
The service guy welcomed me, greeted me, and directed me to the Apple Genius bar and I just waited there until it was time for the check-in time and to pick up the phone.
I also (on a whim) treated myself with a new Magic Keyboard (long overdue to replace my old 10yr old ancient cable-bound Magic Keyboard...). Everything went super fast, super simple, super easy, staff was helpful, nice, fun to talk to, friendly.”

“I had the best experience with Best Buy's auto department. I came in yesterday hoping someone could look at my stereo to see if it could be replaced. Marco immediately looked at it and thoroughly explained my options without me having an appointment. He brought me into the store to go over stero options, recommending one that was higher quality than what I had with almost no price difference. Even though they were booked three weeks out on auto repairs, he said if I dropped my car off that evening, he would come in early the next morning to install the new stereo. When I came to pick up my car, he showed me all the features of the new stereo before sending me on my way. I have never in my life had a customer service experience like this one. Marco was knowledgeable, friendly, and accomodating. My new car stereo and I are very happy. Thank you Marco!”

My only tiny suggestion would be for the staff to be a bit more proactive in offering assistance.
