The service is great, with helpful staff who know exactly what customers are looking for and are very kind and patient. They have everything you need and will help find any electronic part. If something does not work, it can be brought back. The interesting surplus store next door is a great little known secret, like a museum with lots of interesting things for sale. It is a complete warehouse of interesting electronics and mechanical items, a wonderful escape and a playground for an engineering mind. This sister store offers vintage electronic test equipment and hard to find avionic and aircraft parts. The store is open Saturdays and has handicap parking available.
The experience with the tech was awesome, even though he did have the part that I needed he lead me to the right direction. I found the part and it was twenty minutes of getting home
