“So I called the store up spoke with logan and got a key fob for my truck ordered he told me could take two weeks it was here in a week immediately setup a time for me to come in once he had the key. went in today Friday the 5th of September and got my key fob programmed by Alex great guy funny as heck and great customer service from him!!!
on a side note if you need your key cut for anything or need a key fob I highly recommend them they have great pricing a heck of a lot cheaper than a dealer ship and a lot more friendly than one at that.

With on-site repairs and service, they understand what they sell inside out. When they have sales they are frequently also cheaper. On top of all that, they're a hoot! “This had been one of my favorite ace hardware stores to shop. Prices at ace are higher than most other stores, but the people who work here are often helpful, nice, and knowledgeable on what you're buying. They have chickens that we often stop to see and a train hanging from the ceiling that kids love to watch. The staff was very helpful at this one. I will be going back to this location for hardware needs.”
“The clerks are very nice. The store is awesome. But I always bought ace brand spray paint. The fan spray gave very good coverage. They changed everything. The paint spray put more pain't into the air and not on the item. It has lousy coverage. I will not be buying their brand paint anymore.”

“It's nice to have an Ace Hardware in Three Points. They may charge a few cents more than the big box hardware stores, but they have just about everything you'd need if you don't want to make the 25 minutes drive into Tucson proper. The employees are polite and very helpful, but the registers are outdated tech. I suggest waiting until the line dies down before making your purchase; The line does not move fast.
They are connected to the Three Points General Store so everything you need is there in one stop. If you don't want to make the drive into town then pop by Ace. They've got you covered.”
“ICA has been wonderful every time I have had to utilize their services. I have bought numerous prodcuts for my concrete floors and back patio. I used their stain on the back patio and it came out amazing.
I used their super sealer on my concrete floors and the pavers on the back patio. I did not have any idea what i was doing but the staff at ICA made sure my questions were answered and i was comfortable using their products.
I did not know which color stain I wanted to use on the back patio and since you only get one shot at the chemical stain process I needed to be sure. ICA threw in a few samples to use on the corners of my patio to try. Long story short ICA was amazing to work with and the staff made me feel like a VIP.”
“Fantastic local business. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with DIYers (like me) and trade professionals alike. There are times when you might have to wait while Bruce and Cici are assisting customers in front of you. It's worth the wait. You will get personal service and their full attention when it's your turn. Bruce helped me with great advice on extracting a bad shower control valve cartridge from a tiled shower. If I couldn't get the cartridge out, it would have involved rip and tear into the tiled wall to get the valve out. Worked like a charm. I'm grateful and appreciative of this place.”

“Visited the Broadway location after work for help selecting an exterior wood sealer. Associate, Steven, provided guidance on finishes, interior vs exterior, what an be easily sanded, etc.. Further, the product I saw online was not available at the location and we discussed the process of having it scheduled to ship to the Broadway store (closest to my house). My DIY projects now feels manageable - highly recommending using the Broadway location and asking asking for Steven.”

“I’m always on the lookout for ways to break the ice in conversations today. Either that or ways to diffuse tense arguments with prop humor. Valentine’s Day is here which means there will be lots of lonely, toxic ladies looking for some love in seedy dive bars. And I just read a poll that I made up that says “85% of good looking women respond more to stupid pun humor than looks, money or height.”Luckily for me, while looking for another Tucson business to unnecessarily patronize, I stumbled across Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. off of the Freeway Industrial Loop. And on one of the reviews on there, I spotted a photo of a cartoonishly large nut and bolt. I figured I can get one of these bad boys to keep in my backpack in case the situation arises where I need to say something like “Sorry guys, things are getting a bit nutty in here. I gotta bolt”. I would pull it out and as people are laughing, I can get the heck out of there without dealing with awkward goodbyes. It would save me so much time and people I never want to talk to ever again wouldn’t bother me.So when I walked into Copper State Bolt and Nut Co. it was a big ol’ warehouse full of all sorts of manly hardware tools and fixer-upper-supplies and as soon as I saw the man with the white, handlebar mustache at the counter I let out a loud whistle and yelled “oh boy! THATS A LOTTA NUTS!”. I could tell he felt a little awkward because i’m sure people that frequent this place are already used to seeing a lot of nuts, but he gave a very gentle nod and then asked “what can we do for you today, sir?” I was like a kid in a candy store just thinkin’ about all of the punny situations I could get myself into. I said “howdy, good sir. I saw someone post a photo of a cartoonishly large nut and bolt online from this here business, and I was going to inquire into how I could come to possess said giant nut and bolt for mine own purposes”. He paused and then figured out what I was trying to ask. “A large diameter nut, huh?” I nodded. “So are you in steel frame construction? Aerospace? Gas?” “No sir, just bored and randy”.“Well son, if you’re looking for a one-off specialty item, stainless steel or superalloy with high tensile and shear strength, corrosion resistance and excellent high-temperature performance, it’s gonna cost you a pretty penny.” I said “speaking of which, did you know that pennies are actually made of zinc and coated with copper?” He just stared at me. “Well I thought you might be interested considering we’re in the copper state. Nevermind. How much we talkin? And don’t screw me over here buddy” I said with a slight chuckle. “With either domestic or import, at least $95 with a new customer discount”. I stood back and paused thinking about the fact I’m going to owe taxes this year. He started stroking his mustache. “Listen man, I just want to hit on a girl at a bar and when she refuses my advances, I wanna turn around and pull a giant prop and say “listen, I know you only wanna screw”. Can you help a brotha out?” He chuckled and pretended to talk on a walkie talkie. So I just went over to a nearby aisle and came back with a medium sized tube and said “here you go my man. I’ve decided to buy your caulk instead. Nice caulk selection.” He shook his head and let out a quiet cowboy laugh. Guess i’ll find my nuts on TEMU. 5 stars.”

“This morning I purchased a replacement door shelf part for my Frigidaire refrigerator. As luck would have it the parts manual seems to have a typo and the part numbers for the top and bottom shelf are transposed. Due to no fault of his own the sales assosciate gave me the part for the top shelf when I needed the part for the bottom shelf. When I got home I was very disappointed that the part did not fit.
I called the store and Olga, the manager, worked with me to figure out what the issue was. She called ahead to the store at Broadway and Kolb. When I arrived, the part was waiting for me and without even having to wait in line the store clerk exchanged the parts and I was out the door 15 seconds later. My card had already been credited for the difference in price. This transaction could not have been easier.
Now I can use the bottom shelf in my refridgerator door again! Thank you Olga!”
