Hilton Tucson East offers a range of experiences for its guests. While some reviews highlight the spaciousness of the rooms, they also mention the need for updates, particularly in the bathrooms, which have issues like slow-draining sinks and mildewy smells. Guests have pointed out that the hotel charges an extra $15 per night for parking, which they found unreasonable given the ample parking space available. The hotel has mixed feedback about its amenities; some enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, along with the great views, while others noted limited breakfast options and higher prices at the on-site restaurant. The presence of only one working elevator for six floors has been a point of frustration for many guests. However, some reviews commend the hotel's affordability compared to other Hilton locations, specifically praising the service from the staff. Overall, Hilton Tucson East provides a cozy atmosphere with clean rooms, though guests recommend considering the need for updates and being mindful of added costs for parking and dining.
