“Daniel has been extremely helpful. He was there every step of the way, helping me trade in my old iPhone 11 for a new iPhone 17. I am currently out of state (from Tucson though), and he has been helping me via text. He responds instantly and his customer service is top notch. I have never met him in person, but can assure you his customer service is unmatched. Not sure if Verizon gives out awards for top employees, but if they did, Daniel deserves it. Go to this location for all your Verizon needs! Ask for Daniel.”

“Recent convert to T-Mobile from Verizon, largely because I'd had enough of Verizon's unsatisfactory in-store service. Today I visited a T-Mobile store for the second time, and I came away even more convinced that I'd made the right decision. I was having trouble wiping the phone I'd traded for the 17 Pro: the demonic 16E. I needed expert assistance. Enter: Jassy. It's a good thing this friendly and super-competent young woman loves a challenge, because the demonic phone tried its best to thwart her. She refused to surrender, and didn't give up until mission accomplished. Jassy, if you're reading this, you are amazing! Thanks again.”
“Aaron was the most kind person coming into this store for the first time. I actually refused to come back unless he was working specifically. He’s helped me so much with switching to TMOBILE and getting all of the perks. Trying to do everything on my own has been one of the most confusing things and I appreciate him being available and helping us out for 2 hours before close. He got me everything I could have wanted from the store including a new charging block, a samsung watch, and a new razr flip phone that I’m SO excited for.
One thing to mention is that it’s 50/50 with calling anyone at this store because you may get some attitude unnecessarily. Despite this, Aaron has been the best member to work with. His tone is always professional and he’s super responsive and respectful to each customer that comes in. I genuinely am so glad that by chance he was the representative at the store the day I decided to walk in. He has my absolute trust as a customer with TMOBILE. Ur the best bro!”
“Yesterday we went to get services set up for two of my exchange students and the service the gentleman provide was amazing. He was very patient and even though it was hard to set up one of the phones he kept trying and trying until he was able to get it to work. He was dedicated and did not give up on adding the service to the phone.”

Back in March, I had a poor experience at the third party management T-Mobile near the Spectrum plaza, where one of the management members gave me incorrect promotion pricing, reassured my bill would not go up more than $60. Next thing I know my bill has doubled and the promotion was wrong. Tried going to the district manager to get the problem fixed, called several times with no response or no resolution.
Went into the T-Mobile experience store and met Rawyn who was able to fix my phone bill and drop the lines I was not supposed to be charged for. He even got a small credit back to my account for all the excess I had to pay. He was extremely helpful and understanding with my experience.
Don’t waste your time at other locations, just go to this one. Everyone I spoke to was exceedingly kind and customer service driven.

“I rately write reviews, but after my experience, buying an iPhone at Verizon Russell cellular I felt I had to! I literally got the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Eliana was as Savy as she was personable. I walked in needing to replace my iPhone X and I walked out with an iPhone 16 and everything from my messages to my apps etc was on my new phone when I got into my car! Eliana handled the few glitches that happened with ease!
I also Got a fantastic deal. She did not try to sell me anything that I did not ask for! This employee should be a manager somewhere! Anyway, I highly recommend this Verizon store!

“Went here to get an old phone that I had locked turned on. They did the line and everything but I had an issue setting it up cause it was locked. So I went back they told me to call customer service and give the emi code. So I did but customer service dragged me through a bunch of stuff that didn’t work. I went back in and the lady ashley I believe the manager got on the line with the tech I was speaking with and told them what I needed. Thank god. I probably would have talked I. Circles with them all damn night. She was amazing on helping and me. They even stayed open late to help me. So thank you very much. I will be going back to them if I need anything.
