“Went here to downgrade my mom to a dumb phone. The phone she had been using was just too complicated for her. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us get her up and running. We ended up having to order a phone for her. Twi days later the same guy called to tell us it was in. He helped us get the phone programmed and he ported manually all 41 of her contacts in by hand. I am impressed that he could do that at all because the flip phone doesn't work like a smart phone. They were great!”

“Came in here because my old phone was just that; old. Android 8.0, crack in the screen, low ram/storage for these days. Typically, I just buy a good used/activated phone and put in my Sim card. However, the company work for offered a stipen to upgrade my phone, so I took advantage. Manual helped me get a phone that met the requirements for the stipen, A galaxy S21. Manny was quite helpful and patient with finding a qualifying device. Best of all....I got a duck!!”
