“Daniel has been extremely helpful. He was there every step of the way, helping me trade in my old iPhone 11 for a new iPhone 17. I am currently out of state (from Tucson though), and he has been helping me via text. He responds instantly and his customer service is top notch. I have never met him in person, but can assure you his customer service is unmatched. Not sure if Verizon gives out awards for top employees, but if they did, Daniel deserves it. Go to this location for all your Verizon needs! Ask for Daniel.”

He did the repair quickly (under 30 minutes) and was friendly. “Had to go in to get my sons phone replaced, it wasn't able to power on or charge. I was greeted by Vanessa and helped within just a few minutes. She was a ROCKSTAR! She multitasked between multiple customers while also helping me so no one was just sitting there waiting for phones to update or others being verified over the phone. This store has an incredibly valuable asset with Vanessa and should be extremely grateful to have her! I am far from a people person and she made the whole experience wonderful from the start and kept the mood fun and light.
