However, some customers have not been approached by available staff to find things, leading them to leave. The store has reduced its indoor plants a lot. While generally positive, experiences can vary; one customer received a simple refund for an incomplete item without an exchange offer. Seasonal merchandise, like Halloween items, appears early.

Lorraine was exceptional with her customer service.Not only did I receive a discount that was equivalent to what I would have gotten if I used the credit option, which sadly, because I'm 18 did not get approved due to lack of credit history. but she was incredibly kind and helpful the entire way through
