The store have amazing customer service with extremely helpful employees. The employees were patient and took time and got all my issues. They have the best service and a great experience for new phone set and bill pay. The employees were welcoming and got answers to all my questions. The employees were extremely patient. The service was the best. The experience was great. Overall the service was extremely helpful. Overall the store was my favorite and will definitely recommend the Metro store.

Jesse was super kind & helpful They didn't have financing working at that particular store, but Jesse went above & beyond to help locate a store who had financing & the phone in stock! when I need a new upgrade, I'm definitely coming back here!
