O'Reilly Auto Parts is a great store. They carry the parts, tools, and accessories you need. The store offers most excellent service and outstanding old fashioned customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and offer advice. They exemplify the highest levels of customer service. They do minor installations for you in front of the store like batteries, wipers, and light bulbs. They installed a new battery within minutes. They offer free battery testing, wiper blade & bulb installation, and Check Engine light testing. If they are not too busy they do not just tell you where a certain part is but they will take you back there and show you. They provide this helpful service even minutes before closing time. Customers would without any hesitation highly recommend the store.
Matthew brought to my attention questions I didn't know needed to be asked. He also gave me tips to avoid problems in the future. End result my motorcycle is running like a champ again and I left knowing how to care for my bike better.

John really helped me out today. Our oil change place said my battery checked out at 9/24, but it was only a year old. John tested it and said it’s just fine, no worries. I ended up buying new wiper blades which were half the price the oil change place quoted, and John put them right on. Awesome service I say!
